サラソタ/ブレーデントンのフロリダ湾岸にある2ベッドルーム/ 2バスルームコンドミニアムは、タラゴルフ＆カントリークラブのゴルフコースを一望する2階にあります。 コンドミニアムにはエレベーターがあり、プライベート温水スイミングプール、ジャグジー、テニスコート、屋根付き駐車場など、すべての快適さが備わっています。 コンドミニアムは、ショッピング、ゴルフ、釣り、ボートを中心に位置しています。

•リビングルームには、家具付きのスクリーン付きベランダのドアがあり、セカンドフェアウェイを一望できます。 DVDプレーヤーとハードディスクレコーダー（DVR）を備えたケーブルHDTVがあります。。

Paradise

The place was very nice and we really enjoyed sittting out on the lanai watching the golfers. Rob was very kind and made sure everything was ok upon arrival and departure. This condo had everything a person would need and made you feel at home. We enjoyed the swimming pool, too! Shopping, restaurants and gas stations were in close proximity making it nice and handy. We would highly recommend anyone looking for a very nice place to stay, this is definitely the place! We would definitely stay here again. Tara Getaway

This property was in a great location for all amenities, it was clean, well stocked with kitchenware, towels and toiletries. I would highly recommend a stay at Tara and hope to return sometime in the future.

Great stay

From the first contact until our stay we had a good experience with the owner. Responds quickly and is very friendly and helpful. The condo is located in a safe area in a nice neighborhood with shops and restaurants nearby. It is very clean and everything you need for a pleasant and comfortable stay is available; beach chairs, parasol, beach towels, cool bag, hairdryer, etc. and a fully equipped kitchen. The drive to the beach is easy and you can get there in about 30 minutes. We enjoyed our stay and would love to come back next winter.

Great Place to Stay

We had an awesome time at Tara. Rob was super friendly and helpful and communicative every step of the way. The condo is in a great location—super close to shopping and restaurants. Having a pool so close was also a plus, especially with smaller kids. Condo was very clean and well kept as we’re the property grounds. Everything was as described. No complaints at all and if we find ourselves in that area of Florida again I will definitely look to stay there again. I cannot say enough great things :)

Great Condo

The condo is nicely furnished and decorated. It had all the supplies we needed for our stay. The owner was very easy to communicate with. We enjoyed our stay very much and would rent this condo again.

Rob and Gill could not have been more gracious host even from their location in the UK. Every email we sent was answered promptly and solutions to any issue were addressed quickly. Suggestion were offered for activities to the best places to shop! The apartment was comfortable and had everything we needed to be comfortable. The area is safe and quiet, but reasonably close to nature walks, shopping, restaurants, and the beach areas. This was a great experience for us to spend a couple of winter months away from the cold of the Midwest Highly recommend this apartment for your getaway

Great home away from home

We stayed here for about a month and found it to be very comfortable. We would not hesitate to stay there again. It was in a great location, very central to many things. Many friendly geckos we saw every day. The owner was terrific - very responsive and went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. This condo was our every day refuge from the stresses of our trip. A true home away from home.

Condo was set up perfectly. Views of the golf course, close to pool, and a short drive to the golf course. Owners had most everything available in the unit, making our stay enjoyable.

Highly Reccommended Rental Property

We have been renting units in Tara for 20 years; the past 4 years in this unit. The owner keeps this place in immaculate condition. They keep it modern and clean and have updated something every year. First was new furniture and accessories,next was putting in tile on the lanai, next was a new air condition unit and now a fresh coat of paint. Although they live in England they are only an e-mail away which is always returned promptly. You cannot go wrong renting this condo.

Fantastic property!

We had an absolutely fantastic time here at Tara. The condo was immaculate and had everything we needed for our stay. Watching golfers and wildlife from the balcony was a bonus extra. The balcony was a perfect suntrap in the afternoon where we enjoyed our cups of tea or glass of wine in the evening. We found the lift in the building beneficial both for mobility issues and for getting luggage and shopping upstairs. The swimming pool on the Terraces was ideal for relaxing in the sun and cooling off - we also met some regulars to the area who gave us information regarding areas to visit during our stay. The owners kept in touch prior to our stay and also contacted us when we arrived and before we left the property which was greatly appreciated. The information sent to us before our trip was invaluable and helped us plan our stay. One of the best places we've stayed! Gilbert and Susan

Truly excellent rental condo

We consider ourselves to be so lucky to have found this fabulous condo and wonderful location. The accommodation was absolutely perfect for us and the owners could not have been more welcoming and hospitable. The views onto the 2nd fairway and the lake were beautiful and so peaceful, yet we were so close to all the excellent shops, restaurants and beaches. Thank you so much. We will definitely return.

Amazing View and Exceptional Hospitality

A fabulous rental condo. Great view of the 2nd fairway with afternoon sun coming in on the lanai. Furnished very nicely with a large master bedroom and nice size bath and closet. Guest room has two twin beds and is a nice size. The sitting room is comfortable with great sunshine in the afternoon. The hospitality from the owner's could not have been better. They kept in contact with me via email during my stay to make sure everything was going okay. Thanks for making my stay such a wonderful experience.

THE PERFECT CONDO FOR OUR STAY IN PARADISE

We stayed in this condo for our month long trip to the Gulf Coast and it was beautifully presented and was so well equipped. A great deal of care and attention has been lavished on this unit and it was ideal for our stay. It has a lovely outlook from the lanai over the golf course and this is a great place to while away an hour or two soaking up the sun and the terrific views with a glass of wine. The condo was convenient for shops, restaurants and the gulf costs beaches which were not far away. We especially enjoyed our trip to Anna Marie Island and also to the glorious beaches at Siesta and Lido keys. We dined several times at the Tara Golf & Country Club which offers the most amazing Sunday Brunch. They provided an excellent choice of hot and cold food and all at a very reasonable price. The owners were ever so accommodating when we booked the condo and they kindly recommended several local waterside restaurants which were simply stunning. We enjoyed our stay so much that upon returning home, we immediately re-booked for 2017.
