The property consists of a main house and five individual suites, perfect for large groups seeking both community and privacy.



**Main Accommodations:**

* **Private House:** A three-bedroom home with a full-sized kitchen, spacious living area, and an elegant primary suite featuring a King bed, lavish ensuite bathroom, and a private balcony overlooking the courtyard.

* **Five Individual Suites:** Each suite is a tranquil sanctuary with a King bed, an en-suite bathroom, and a Smart TV.



**Communal Spaces:**

* **Community Room:** Features a state-of-the-art kitchen for group meals.

* **Outdoor Living:** A spacious covered area perfect for dining, lounging, or enjoying a barbecue.

Other Things to Note:

* **Independent Stay:** This property operates without on-site staff. Additional services like mid-stay cleanings can be ordered online before or during your stay for a fee.

* **Check-In Requirements:** After booking, you will receive an email to complete your check-in via our guest platform, SuiteOp. This requires a valid government-issued ID and a credit card for a security deposit for incidentals and potential city fines.

* **Optional Services (Additional Fees):**

* Pool Heating: $99 per night (2-night minimum). Must be requested at least 24 hours in advance.

* Pet Fee: $75 per pet (maximum of 3 pets allowed).

* Event Services: Please inquire for pricing on private chefs, event planning, catering, and daily kitchen clean-up.

* **Hot Tub:** Heating for the hot tub is complimentary.

* **Cancellation Policy:** We strongly encourage all guests to purchase travel insurance. Cancellations within 48 hours of booking receive a 100% refund. Cancellations made at least 30 days before check-in receive a 50% refund. No refunds are provided for cancellations made within 30 days of check-in.
