This home is perfect for family gathering and entertaining. This large open concept living/dining/kitchen, 4 Bedrooms, 3 & 1/2 Bathrooms, private fenced in pool, beautiful garden, covered patio with a Bay View is a great place to relax, enjoy the company and create memories!

This home is perfect for relaxing and entertaining. Its large open concept living/dining/kitchen allows you to interact with friends and families at all time. The huge porch from the second floor gives you a perfect view of the Bay. Ping pong table to keep will sure keep everyone busy and the Zen Garden with cover patio pool area will surely takes you to paradise!

Everything you need is provided including all dishes, silverware, toaster, blender, oven, coffemaker, pots & pans, and YES, a pasta maker! WiFi access & Spectrum Cable for your convenience and entertainment. Also available is a full size washer & dryer so that you can wash & clean before you pack.

A large master suite upstairs boasts a king size bed, a large walk-in, designate work space and en-suite bathroom.

The second bedroom upstairs has 2 queen size beds, large closet and an en-suite bathroom.

The 2 bedrooms downstairs, one with a queen size bed and the other has two bunk beds with a full & a twin bed on top. The guests here share a full size bathroom with a large shower in the hallway. Both bedrooms has access to the pool area.

This house is located on the bay side and about 5 minutes drive to the beach access. It is convenience to dining, shopping and many island activities.

When you visit the island there is so much to do. Make sure to check out the Schliterbahn Beach Water Park for a great family outing, the island Equestrian Center for horseback riding on the beach, Sea Turtle, Inc. for an interesting tour about the sea turtles that nest on the island, Clayton's Beach Bar which is the larges outdoor bar in Texas, Louie's for bungee jumping and go-kart racing, and so much more. We hope you enjoy your stat at our home and this wonderful island!

Other things to note
Due to Home away billing policy in which they only collect the state portion of the hotel/lodging tax, there will be an adjustment invoice for an 11% SPI ACCOMMODATION & LODGING TAX that is due to local taxing bodies, which will be billed/requested after booking thru fund request approximately 1 week prior to your arrival.


There will be an additional $250 cleaning service fee in the event of violation of rules that requires extra cleaning. Fee will be requested .

Missing or damage towels price:
* 20 Bath towels on site - $20 replacement ea
* 1 Hand towel per bathroom sink - $10 replacement ea
* 20 Washcloths - $5 replacement ea

All concerns & damages need to be reported by end of day 1 after arrival. Concerns & damages pictures need to be upload onto communication thread.

***The house will have the following items for your convenience upon your arrival to start: dish soap, dishwasher pods, detergent pods, trash bags, individual size: shampoo, conditioner & bath bars. Toilet papers with 1 extra roll per bathroom & 1 roll of paper towels. PLEASE BRING/BUY EXTRA FOR YOUR USAGE DURING YOUR STAY!

All basic pots, pans, dishes, utensils, cups/glasses, mop, broom & a new grill brush are available on site.
PACK-N-PLAY is available upon request while supply last.

Due to COVID we do not supply any condiments, cooking oil, coffee filters etc... please supply your own.
