With rustic charm and character, this well-loved cottage is certain to provide wonderful memories for years to come. Mountain Retreat gives the old Outer Banks feel while still providing you with modern comforts and conveniences. With new interior and exterior paint and other thoughtful touches, you will want to make Mountain Retreat your annual destination.
After a day at the beach, enjoy a family outing in the Village of Duck. Visit all the great shops, famous restaurants, and all the community activities Duck offers during the summer. Mountain Retreat is perfectly located within a short walk to the beach or to the Town of Duck.
New for 2025 - flat screen TV in the en suite!
This property is pet-friendly (dogs only). There is an additional charge for guests bringing pets, which will be added and collected after booking. Pet fees range from $161-231 depending on the property, and will be assessed state and local taxes.

Ground Level: Separate entrance - laundry room, half bath, fish cleaning table.
Top Level: Living area, dining area, kitchen, two queen bedrooms and bedroom with two twins, two full baths.
