Host fantastic and house cute and clean. Will be back again. Just needs new pots and pans for cooking. Overall great stay great area and nice and peaceful.

Overall the house was great and clean my only complaint with small children is the toilet plunger was sitting out on the floor right next to the toilet and shower. We enjoyed the quiet location and dog run that was up outside for our 9 month old puppy to enjoy being outside. The pool was a plus for our 2.5 year old and the hot tub was great for my husband and I. Having the washer and dryer was a lifesaver!

We have toilet brush/plunger combos in some of the cabins' bathrooms. We never had a complaint on this before as bathroom behind toilet is most logical area for a plunger and if a guest needs to plunge, he can find it! lol

This property was great. We stayed for a long weekend with two other couples. We played Golf at two Gaylord Courses and went to Mackinac Island for an afternoon. The location was perfect. There’s a grocery store less than 15 minutes away so we saved all of our shopping until after we had checked in. The neighbourhood was wonderful and quiet at night with only loons making noise. The outside space was perfect. We enjoyed campfires(lots of roadside wood for sale), ate outside on the patio, and enjoyed the hot tub a couple of times. We brought our own cornhole game and paddle boards and used both while we were there. The bedrooms were spacious and 6 of us did just fine with one bathroom. Check in and out was easy and Dorene was excellent to communicate with. Thanks for sharing your rental property with us. Have a great rest of your season. We would definitely stay again.

Great cabin

Cabin was awesome, very clean and cozy. Right around the corner from the lake if you bring a boat like we did. Deck and hot tub make enjoying being outside very easy. Would recommend highly.

Cute cabin with outdoor hot tub, peaceful location, AMAZING host!!

We loved this little cabin, great location and stocked with tons of stuff in case you forgot anything. The host for this cabin was responsive, supportive, and thoughtful. The hot tub on the deck was perfect, even in zero degree weather! We will definitely be booking with Dorene again!

winter weekend getaway

fantastic weekend getaway to snowmobile in Michigan. Easy access to the trails. day trip up to the bridge and the UP. Great location. Check in was super easy. Renter was quick to respond to any questions we had. The cottage was stocked with anything you could need. Hot tub was a bonus! We are ready to go again!

Amazing getaway spot that I'd definitely visit again. Excellent view of the lake, all accommodations you could need, easy check in and check out process, open concept living/ dining/ kitchen, with a fully stocked kitchen for cooking, wifi, streaming tv services, perfect size rooms with clean soft queen beds, access to a heated community pool, and the hot tub right outside the door was an exactly way to end the day. We will definitely be staying here again on our next trip.

This is a cute cabin with all the amenities. It sits right next to the road so the hot tub, although nice, is not very private. The price was a little high for not being on the water. Overall, I was happy with the cabin.

Cabin

Cute cabin and clean. Awesome hot tub. One of the nicer hot tubs. Liked how they stocked the house with essentials if needed. Nice area. Only 2 complaints is the air conditioner. We all had to leave our doors open to get air but was not efficient enough. We woke each other up when we got up to go to bathroom . Did not sleep well thru week due to mugginess and hot. No air flow. Also first bedroom's bed , my oldest slept here was noisy and uncomfortable. My youngest was supposed to sleep with him but he chose to sleep on couch instead.

The days were hot since middle of summer but the nights get down to 50 degrees, we open the windows at night, then close up the house during the day, keeps it nice and cool, air conditioner is only in the living room window to cool cabin in the main area, we also have fans, not sure why the guest did not let the cool fresh 50 degree weather in the cabin, we sleep like babies, it's cold in our house in the morning. We added the air conditioner as an extra amenity for our guests who mostly appreciate it, just didn't expect it give an issue. Update: we replaced the bed in question just today, July 28

Relaxing

Easy check in amd clean. The hot tub was a bonus to our relaxing and peaceful week. Dorene is really nice and she responds quickly to any messages.
