Welcome to this brand New 10 Bedroom/10 Bath Pool Home situated in one of the best luxury resort community in central Florida Encore Club at Reunion

Whether you are planning for family reunion or corporate outing, This fully equipped 10 bedroom luxury vacation villa will afford you and your guests comfort and luxury for a memorable vacation. Providing 4,800 sq ft of air conditioned living space, this luxurious villa offers ample space for all your guests to gather and privacy when you need it at night.

Our home is professionally furnished and decorated, large screen LED TV in family room and all bedrooms. Cable TV and high-speed WiFi internet are complimentary for our guests. Large pool deck has spacious covered lanai and heated pool and spa for you to rewind and entertain after a long day at scheme park.

Just minutes from Disney, and easy access to many great restaurants of the Formosa area of Kissimmee, Encore Club at Reunion provides one of the best amenities in central FL including theme park style aqua park, 16,000 SF clubhouse with full service bar and fast casual restaurant, private dining, sports and fitness center. Encore Club offers complimentary shuttle services to Disney, Universal and SeaWorld. If you are in a mood for a round of golf, there are several first class golf courses minutes from our home.

On 1st floor, we have a wheelchair accessible master suite (please note that there is a 2" lip on the front entrance doorway), and 2 oversized king master suites. On 2nd floor there are 3 king suites, a huge double queen suite, 1 full/full bunk bedroom and 2 double twin bedrooms. Our home can accommodate up to 22 people in beds! If that's not enough, we can arrange multiple homes side by side.

The Kitchen is equipped with granite count tops and 2 full size stainless fridges. There are pull up bar seating in the kitchen beside 2x 8 seating dining tables and 2x6 seating patio tables.

2 sets of Washer/dryers, and 2 dishwashers are provided, so are 2 strollers, 2 high chairs & 2 Pack ’n’ Play cribs for the very young ones. Air conditioned game room has media room with Xbox one and Foosball table for our guests' enjoyment when you come home from theme park visit.

You're close to all world renowned attractions, Disney is 10 mins, Universal Studio/Island of Adventure and Sea World/Discovery Cove are 30 mins, Busch Gardens is 1 hour, LegoLand is 45 mins, Interstate 4 is just a couple of mins away from our home.

Best Christmas

We rented the home for our 1stFamily Christmas Vacation. It was 22 family members and we had the best time. We enjoyed the house so much the family is ready to book again. Our cable went out for 3 days and we were very upset about it, but after talking to the owner we are going to give the home another try.

Amazing!

We were a group of 22 ranging from the age of 3 to 82. The home was perfect! Each bedroom has an attached bathroom. The pool was the perfect temperature. The waterpark was incredible! Not sure how they built this massive waterpark in the middle of a residential community. Had a blast and will be back!

Great House for Large Family Gathering

House was great. Fit 21 of us perfectly. Had an issue with the pool heater not working. I wish the mgmt company would have made sure it was working prior to our arrival. Disappointed we could not use the hot tub, but the kids enjoyed the water park! Owner was great and responded quickly to any questions we had. I would rent again from Shawn!

This home was GREAT for our family of 14. From babies to grandparents. Everyone had their own space, yet we were all together. The pool area was so nice. We also loved the seating in the kitchen. We could have our meals together inside or outside. Only a couple suggestion to add more and update cookware. Loved the fiesta plastic dinnerware, nice dishes and two dishwashers. Kept us from buying paper products. This was a long awaited family vacation. So glad we went with home away and this house, rather than multiple hotels at Disney. We also came home with all clean clothes, thanks to having two washers and dryers! Strongly recommend this property!

Every thing was excellent

We had a family reunion and we all really enjoyed the entire stay. Everything was great, the rooms were great, the bathrooms were great, the pool was great. One thing in which we were a lil disappointed about was the fact we had to pay extra to heat the jacuzzi. And there wasn’t much mixing bowls in the kitchen to prepare food, the knives were extremely dull. But other then those minor things it was excellent.

We had another great family vacation! The weather was fantastic and the house was great! The waterpark was so awesome! The kids were in that pool and our own home pool from morning til night! No one wanted to go home! We'll be back!!

House is very nice!

Only complaint is they don't pick up the garbage like they are supposed too. I had to email several times before they came. Also, ceiling fans are much needed as it is very hot in the house. We had to buy fans for each bedroom as everyone couldn't sleep. Other than that, it's really nice! Would definitely rent again!

Thanks for sharing your experience. Homeowners are recommending daily trash pick up during summer season, and it is likely that HOA will adopt the suggestion. Our home has 2 units of heavy duty central A/C units, guests can control temperature. The control panels are located at hallways of each floor.

Great place for a family reunion

We just returned from a family trip - 23 people stayed in the house and it was a great set-up for us. The house is part of a relatively new development that includes a clubhouse/water park area with concierge service. We were fortunate to have good weather and a chance to use the water park. The clubhouse area also has a restaurant, fitness center, etc, but we didn't use those during our stay. Several people did use the sand volleyball courts at the clubhouse. Pros: Lots of room to spread out; two separate TV viewing rooms (in addition to a TV in each bedroom) Comfortable beds Nicely decorated Each bedroom has it's own bathroom for extra privacy Pool and hot tub in backyard Access to the resort water park and other amenities, such as shuttles to the theme parks Kitchen has two large refrigerators, two dishwashers, plenty of dishes, and a large pantry area A couple of cons: Not much cooking equipment available. We ate the majority of our meals at the house and had a hard time coordinating some of it. For a house that big, we thought it should have things like extra-large cooking pots, a large slow cooker, measuring cups, etc. Also, an extra coffee pot or a Keurig-type machine in addition to the regular pot would be helpful. If you don't plan to eat there very often, then it might not matter but it's something to keep in mind. The pool and hot tub heater were tricky to figure out and we ended up having the management company come out more than once. A few other minor items, too, like needing more pool towels. I will say that the management company was fairly responsive to our concerns and got everything worked out eventually. My advice would be to take a few minutes your first day and make sure everything works, is stocked, etc, so issues can get fixed early. Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend this property.

Beautiful House

Rented this house for a family reunion. Beautiful house very big and nicely decorated. Kitchen was fully equipped with pots, pans, plates, cups etc. this is a great house for a big family. The water park in the club house was a big hit with the kids. I would have given the house 5 stars but the dryers were not working. Took a few days to get one of the dryers fix and the garbage picked up. They were very fast in sending someone to clean the pool. Will definitely consider this house in the future.

Great house for our large family vacation

This house was absolutely beautiful! Very clean, and well maintained. We could see the Disney fireworks every night at 8:00pm! The owner and staff were great and answered all our questions we had....This house is very close to all attractions and parks and we would totally recommend it to anyone! Our children and grandchildren had a blast in the pool, they were in it all the time. Weather was great! Our Family vacation was awesome! Thank you! :)

Perfect house for a family reunion.

We were looking for a house to host our family for a reunion close to Disney. This house was perfect for the 19 of us. With 10 bedrooms and bathrooms we never felt we were on top of each other. The heated pool was perfect place to gather after a day at the parks. There were plenty of towels provided for both the pool and showers. Also plenty of plates, cups and utensils for us to have a sit down dinner on Sunday night. On Sunday we had a plumbing problem and the Jeeves Management company sent someone right out to fix it. They were very easy to work with. Also Sean and Rebecca kept us informed and replied to our emails and phone calls quickly. They helped to calm our fears. The next time we are in Florida we will definitely contact them again.
