This is a great property in a great location. We loved how it was so close to the resort clubhouse, walking distance. The resort has an amazing water park. Good parking! Plenty of room. If we could book this property every year when we come down to Florida we would. Any issues with the house we called and maintenance was there in no time. We enjoyed our stay here!!

Fabulous House for a Family Vacation!

We brought our 4 children, their spouses, and 10 grandkids and had the most amazing stay. This house has everything you need to enjoy family time, but also have your own personal space. The kids loved the pool and the waterpark in the neighborhood. The shuttle to and from the parks was very convenient and easy to get a reservation. The house was very clean and the host responded quickly.

Last minute booking came through for us!

After two other houses cancelled our bookings 2 days before checking in we were limited in houses that could hold our group of 12 moms and daughters. This house was the perfect size, very spacious with all the rooms having a private bath (only one that was just outside the bedroom). The new wood floors were great. Could use a fresh coat of paint and some updating but was as described. Clean and plenty of towels but very limited supplies. You will need more dish soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc. Again, this was expected and as described. Owner was quick to answer questions and check in and out instructions were very clear. The rental comes with passes to the Encore water park which our teens loved. The pool at the house is on the small side but got the job done. Would rent from this owner again.

Great space, fun for everyone who loves water fun. Comfortable, easy. Could be better equipped kitchen (no can opener, ran out of gas on grill, laundry unavailable on first floor, sliding door to pool heavy, hard for kids to use).

Everything You Need!

You can’t tell from the outside, but the house has 10 bedrooms/10 baths with plenty of room to spare!! Great for large family getaways, 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, large table with 16 chairs, tv’s in every room. Close to Walmart, restaurants, Disney and Universal Studios. In a gated community with lots to do at the clubhouse. The neighborhood is peaceful, conducive for evening walks and morning runs. The owner, Mr. Chen was very helpful and responds quickly. You will enjoy this property!

So nice I stayed twice!

I have stayed at this property twice over the last two years, with a group of moms as our daughters have competed as a team at nearby facilities. This house is an amazing house for a group of friends, who all want to have their own sleeping space and bathroom. We have enjoyed the patio, living room, and spacious kitchen and have always been comfortable there as a group of 10–11 women. The very few issues we’ve had have been properly addressed by management. The neighborhood is large and safe and we’ve spent many mornings walking there and afternoons relaxing at the clubhouse. Location is terrific too with easy access to shopping and dining.

perfect home for our group

The property was amazing! Only negative was it would have been good to know beforehand that the pool would not heat if the nighttime temp dropped below 50 degrees. That was our misfortune. We were all quite disappointed with the cold pool. I did pay for heated water and was assured that I will be reimbursed.

Hi Dorothy, thanks for your 5-star review. I'm sorry about the pool heating - I only saw your comments today. I texted you privately - pool heating is an extra request and payment of $35+tax per day, in addition to room rent rates. Also, the pool heater was broken in mid-December and not fixed by the time of your stay, so you would not have been able to get the pool heating if you offered to pay for it during your stay. I did not tell you beforehand as I thought your group did not need pool heating. Sorry about the miscommunication. I'm texting you on VRBO to see how I can offer an apology. thanks.

Family trip

The house was large with plenty of rooms for 19 of us. Here are my suggestions that the house needs some updating. The carpet should be cleaned, put ceiling fans in all the bedrooms since the air conditioner cannot be lower than 72 degrees. The pool filter should be cleaned since the pool is small for a 10 bedroom(20 people) house but overall we had a great time.

The house is beautiful and the photos are accurate. Even though I had to contact the property manager several times (my contact was via email, they always responded timely)during my visit to resolve different issues I ran into while there. 1 the switch for the water heater shut off twice causing half of the bedrooms to not have hot water. 2 the pool was dirty. 3 the handle on the sliding door leading to the pool from the bedroom is broken. 4 one of the king beds broke. I reported this, received a quick response stating someone will be out soon. When someone arrrived at roughly 3:30 but not for the bed. When I mentioned the bed, he took a look then determined he could not fix it due to lack of access to the materials needed. He made a pallet with the mattress on the floor. The next day (Jose) from maintenance arrived for the bed. He was unhappy with the job done the day before but he worked hard at completing the task of fixing it. He was pleasant and patient. 5 the handle on the front door was missing a pin causing it to fall off. The overall experience was frustrating but as I said the house is beautiful and all of the countertops floors and appliances are new. My family of 20 were here to enjoy Thanksgiving together. We were very comfortable with the spaciousness of the house.

Made a fault insurance claim

This was amazing and beautiful only issue was that shower wanted turn off upstairs.. So we call the host and sent someone the next day to fix it.. There was no other issue till we got home in get email from Generali Claim stating that 30 sum item was damaged which was lie because took before in after picture and there was no damage what so ever the put in a fault claim against me.. So be careful with this Host.. I’m in the process now sending all my pictures and videos to the claim office…

Relaxation

We truly had an awesome time. The water park was right around the corner. The only negative thing I can say is Wash machine and dryer downstairs had a broken sign on it, there were bleach spots all through the house, I think the carpet need to be changed. The closet and the bunkbeds room is still broke from reading the reviews. We are going to try to have kids and grandkids reunion every year. I hope to able to stay at the same house. Hopefully by then the items I stated will be fixed. One small thing is it should be a mop in the house.

This property's location was great. The house was large enough but I would not consider it extremely clean. There were some issues. (like bugs, smell in the garbage disposal, burned out light bulbs, and pool was dirty). Also, it is listed to have shuttle service to the parks, but they do not run at convenient times. They would not be there when the park opens and want to pick you up before the park closes. Also, they can only provide transportation for party size under 12.

Fabulous Layout

My family of 21 stayed for 5 nights. The house was desugned so everyone had their own space. The 2 refrigerators and dish washers were a plus. We had a few minor challenges the 1st night but was quickly resolved by host and management. Any questions were answered quickly. Security, Cluhouse staff were extremely friendly and embraced the children/teenagers on does and donts which were very important as we felt very comfortable allowing them to go to basketball court and waterpark. Eyes were everywhere. Thanksgiving Day extra family and friends came to honor the ederly and OMG have to say we had the hostess of the year. I would like to say thank you, thank you, thank you. Blessings to all.

I wouldn't stay here again

This property would have been nice if not for things that was wrong. The first thing I noticed was the patio door handle was broken. Curtains to patio door were coming apart. There were damp towels hanging in the bathrooms. There was supposed to be four bar stools with leather seats but there was only two old wooden ones. The major problems were a leaky roof and the carpet was filthy.

The house accommodated our 20 guests appropriately. The sliding glass door to the back was broken and almost impossible to open and shut. There were ants in some of the rooms. There were 2 things that were unacceptable to me. The kitchen was very scantly supplied. If you are going to prepare a meal for 20 people you need more than one mixing bowl, more than one fry pan and pots. We had to use some of the pots for frying pans as well as mixing bowls. There also was no can opener. We had to go to the neighbors just to open some cans that we needed for the meal we were preparing. Felt they did just the bare minimum as far as the kitchen supplies go. When you are on vacation you should not have to worry about bringing mixing bowls, can openers, etc. in your suitcases. Also, when we arrived we had to wait 45 minutes before we could get into the house. We arrived at 4:00 check in but couldn't get in until 4:45. Also, they sure were there right at checkout time rushing us out the door. Some of our guests felt this was very rude that they would herd us out the door as they did. Our understanding was checkout was 11:00 but they said 10:00. Our mistake I guess, but in light that they were late letting us into the property I feel it was unnecessary to push us rudely out the door as they did. The rooms were very adequate but just be aware that the kitchen supplies were subpar and to make sure you are out exactly on time so as to avoid the rude kicking out of the property.

Hi Susan, Thanks for your feedback on the property. I have now asked Jeeves Property to replenish the kitchen supplies (can opener, mixing bowls, and more pots). Regarding the check-in/out time, the property was fully booked this summer and sorry our property management company was late checking you in and rush you out at 10 am on check-out. I normally give my guests early check-in, and late check-out if the property is not booked back to back. Thanks for staying with us. Lei

Great location and plenty space

The home was perfect for our group and we loved the location. The sliding glass door leading to the pool needs a little attention but otherwise everything was great.

Wonderful stay

Our stay was great. The house was beautiful and spacious. We had fun. Everyone enjoyed there stay. We would love to have the house again next year. It was absolutely wonderful.

Overall property was great a few issues downstairs clothes dryer did not work a broken handle on a slider and door alarms were annoying:. Other than a few issues property was great

Why only 4 stars.

The property was beautiful and clean. My only issue is free shuttle to Disney parks was advertised, however only for groups under 9 people. All the houses in the complex are advertised for large groups. Ours was 14. Do we had to pay for a couple Uber drivers on Disney days.
