Beautifully renovated 6-bed/4.5bath home with inground pool! Bright & airy, 2 separate hangout spaces, front porch, rear patio, outdoor shower, and 4 off-street parking spots. Only a 10 minute walk to the Madison Ave. beach and the shopping area, or a short bike ride or drive. Bring your pooch because it's dog-friendly, too, with a fully fenced rear yard! The Sunday-to-Sunday booking allows you to avoid the Saturday arrival traffic. *Bonus- 4 offstreet parking spaces provided on property* A cleaning fee of $285 will be charged for stays less than a week, and there is a $150 pet fee for the 1st dog, $100 for the 2nd. Also, ask about the option to have the pool heated for a $200 fee (2026- pool will be open by Memorial Day Weekend).

The property was extremely well maintained and clean. You would never know that it's a rental that allows pets... kudos to the housecleaners! Also, for a family with young children, the pool was just the right size and depth, and the wide range of pool toys was a bonus!

It was a good stroll to the beach, restaurants, and to the square of charming shops! Perfect for getting our steps in and fresh air. The neighborhood itself was really cute. We had 6 couples and the house was perfect for us! We could all gather in the open concept kitchen/dining/living area, or out by the pool (we grilled one day--everything we needed in the kitchen).

Perfect family reunion

The property was perfect for our family gathering . House was spotless and so cute . Walking distance to town . And very close to beach . The pool was a great extra attraction to the younger kids .would highly recommend .

My family enjoyed our short trip greatly. The home was perfect for all of us, location right in the heart, easy communication with management company and the owners even added a personal touch for my son who graduated from Coast Guard Boot camp. All around amazing. Very clean, stocked well and bigger than it appeared in the pictures.

The house itself was great. The space is as photographed and advertised. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher on arrival, and no sponge or dish soap to clean them, so we had to go buy them. I wish the listing was more clear with what we needed to bring, and parking instructions. It didn’t say we needed to bring linens and towels, and most of my family flew in, so I had to go get things for those who flew. Parking was also vague, the welcome packet said one thing, and the VRBO listing another, so we ended up having parking issues with the neighbor. Going back and forth between the listing and the welcome packet was confusing and I would recommend they streamline 1 place for all rules/guidelines.
