Private Lagoon (saltwater) beachfront. EV charger. 1200 Mbps Wi-Fi. Located in a quiet neighborhood, a 15-20 minute walk to and through the Gingerbread Cottages of the Camp Meeting Association and on into Oak Bluffs Center; an easy walk or bike ride into town.

Swim, kayak, paddleboard, windsurf, sail or fish right from the beach on the Lagoon or out onto Vineyard Sound (under the drawbridge).....with the sun rising or setting all around you. The water views include glorious sunsets, the ferries and sailboats coming and going in the Lagoon, the harbor and Vineyard Sound. Bring or rent a boat- tie up at our mooring and enjoy beautiful, relaxing days on the water. (Advance notice required for mooring use). BBQ on the sunset-facing upper deck or cook in the fully equipped kitchen. Includes 46 kayaks and 4 paddle boards for your use.

This 5 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath home has an upside-down living orientation featuring a sunset flooded cathedral ceiling living/dining room and fully equipped kitchen, a lav designed in glass and a Master Bed/Bath located on the upper level. The over-sized glass windows on the Lagoon/water-view side nurture beautiful, natural light all day and the awesome colors of sunset as the day gradually draws to a close.

The entry level has 3 bedrooms (2 w/ Queen and a 3 child bunk-room), double-sink full bathroom, laundry, media room and a kitchenette; which is provided for easy entertaining in the back yard or on the private beach. As well as an H/C outdoor shower on the porch.

On the lower level, a 2nd, 700 sq ft, master with en-suite bath and a king bed and sectional (w/ pull-out Full) walks out to the backyard/Lagoon beach.

**Need To Know - Neighborhood quiet hours are strictly observed from 9 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Large parties and other events are not permitted at the property.

Oak Bluffs Family Vacation

The house was wonderful! It was a comfortable fit for our three generation family of thirteen. Itā€™s a perfect location - right on the lagoon - for young children and near to several ocean beaches for others. Richard and Pia were wonderful hosts.

Wonderful vacation and hosts

We had an amazing stay at this property. The house was spotless with all the amenities needed to make our stay memorable. The yard was perfect for the kids to run around and play in and beautiful sunsets in the evening. We were unfortunate to have the end of our stay coincide with a bad storm, and Richard went above and beyond to arrange alternate accommodations for us, a wonderful and welcoming host all around. Do not hesitate to book for a great vacation!

Wonderful Family Vacation

The house was clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The views from both decks were great . Richard was very responsive to our needs and questions . Itā€™s close to town and beaches. The water in front is better for boating than swimming. I highly recommend this property.

Amazing place and hosts

This place is stunning, a recently renovated place, that sits right next to the water. Richard and Pia are the best hosts, and theyā€™re right next door for any help you may need. The place is extremely well furnished and a beautiful kitchen to cook or brand new grill to use. Or just relax and watch the sunset on the deck overlooking the water. It fit 7 of us comfortably with plenty of room for more. Must stay!

Great Owner, Condition, and Amenities!

We had our whole family, including 3 grandchildren, = 10 total ranging from 1 year to 69 years. Each family had their own level which was especially nice for us grandparents. The house had all the toys, including kayaks and paddle-boards, even baby gates installed upon arrival. Great AC, view, beds and bathrooms. The Turners were really great and accomodating.

Amazing home in Martha's vineyard

Home was amazing. Right on the lagoon with incredible views of the sunset from either of the two decks out back. Home had no issues and was extremely comfortable for family of 4 and my wife's parents. House has a private beach area where there are kayaks/paddleboards you can go out into the lagoon on. It's a little over 20 minute walk into center of oak bluffs or about 3 minutes drive/5 minute bike. We mostly biked into town. Would definitely stay there again. A++!

Vineyard perfection!

We stayed at Richard and Piaā€™s property with 8 adults and two young children for a picture perfect week on the Vineyard. The house is incredible and had everything we needed and so much more. We were constantly surprised to find so many small conveniences like beach toys, a juicer, cleaning supplies and plenty of cookware/serving-ware that you donā€™t see at most rental properties. The view was spectacular, the beds are comfortable, the ac is cold and the hosts are so helpful and kind. We were totally spoiled by this experience! It will be hard to rent any other Vineyard homes after this one.

Lap of Luxury

This property is a fabulous gem in Oak Bluffs. Located directly on the Lagoon itā€™s a fully equipped, wonderfully decorated and perfectly-located vacation spot. The home has three floors of luxury, each with privacy, and providing space to spread out. Our group had a fabulous time and even with all the beauty of the island at our fingertips, this home made it hard to peel ourselves away. We highly recommend this VRBO - thereā€™s too much to expound on - the homeowners provide excellent service and a thorough and kind welcoming - the sunsets, water access, central location, private and exclusive experience are all world-class - your vacation will be a joy, and a memory maker for sure. We canā€™t wait to return.

Wonderful Family Home with Something for Everyone

We rented this home to spend the week with our two daughters and their families. The house had everything we needed and more! The layout was perfect for our group. My husband and I loved the private downstairs master suite with large sitting area, beautiful seemingly new bathroom and access outside to the backyard. Being on the lagoon was fantastic for paddle boarding, snorkeling and fishing. We didnā€™t catch much but we did see horseshoe crabs, live scallops, hermit crabs and other creatures which the kids loved. The view from the deck is awesome. Loved watching the ferry boats come in at night across the lagoon. Owners were very responsive to any questions we had. Would highly recommend!

Picture perfect October weekend with family

This property looks even better in person than in the pictures, we enjoyed some of the most breathtaking sunsets we've ever seen and the hosts could not have been more accommodating. They went above and beyond to help make our stay a memorable one. We had an amazing vacation with close family and hope to return on our next visit to Martha's Vineyard. This is a beautiful home lead out with lots of privacy for a large family. The sunsets off the deck are incredible. The host is extremely generous with your paddleboardā€™s kayaks and enjoy the badminton net as well. Couldnā€™t ask for more

A little slice of heaven

Our stay at this VRBO was the most fun and most enjoyable week weā€™ve had in years. Richard and Pia are the perfect hosts- there when needed but very careful to give space. They are lovely. The property is gorgeous. We loved the huge house and views, the outdoor shower, walking steps to the beach, and the beautiful sunsets. The lawn is huge and great for kids. Richard and Pia have thought of everything- beach chairs, kayaks, paddle boards, beach chairs, etc. What a beautiful spot. It was exactly what we needed plus so much more after such a challenging pandemic year!
