Nestled on a generous 1/3 acre lot, this detached dwelling lies just off Main Street. Boasting a recently renovated kitchen equipped with modern appliances, as well as an in-unit, full-size washer and dryer, our accommodations ensure utmost convenience. Sleeping arrangements comprise a luxurious king-size bed and a spacious queen-size bed, offering a restful sanctuary for our discerning guests.

This was the perfect spot for my husband and I to enjoy seeing friends in Franklin. We had a beautiful backyard for morning coffee (from Hank’s nearby) and downtown and other sites like Leiper’s Fork were a short drive away! We will be back!

Very comfortable cozy home near downtown Franklin. Not really walkable mostly due to no sidewalks but a very short ride. Well appointed. Easy check in and check out. Beds were very comfortable and neighborhood was quiet. Very clean.
