Este amplio apartamento (completamente renovado, ofrece una permanencia agradable, brillante, fresca y conveniente en el corazón de la Toscana). Tiene dos dormitorios grandes (25 dos salones, uno de ellos con una cocina grande, nueva y totalmente equipada). El otro salón ofrece un sofá cama. Hay 2 toilette y balcones-terrazas independientes con vistas soleado y brillante. Se proporcionan Lavado y platos de la máquina. Los dos balcones-terrazas también han lugar para el secado, ya que disfrutar mucho sol. El apartamento está situado en una zona céntrica y tranquila de Montepulciano. Muy accesible y cerca de la parte histórica de Montepulciano (100mt.), El apartamento está cerca de 2 amplio aparcamiento gratuito (30mt.) Y la estación de autobuses (100 metros.), Por lo tanto, muy fácil para el transporte de equipaje (primer piso después de sólo 6 pasos) . It has a fabulous location close to supermarket and some restaurants. Manager was super. Walking distance to old city. Neighbour brought us freshly crushed olive oil.

Great location in Montepulciano

From the beginning the experience was outstanding. Our host was so helpful before arrival answering all questions and providing advice. Upon arrival he met us at the property to assist us getting settled not only in the apartment but in the town and surrounding areas. Providing us with things to do, see and places to eat which was so very helpful! Everything we did or everywhere we ate that he suggested were top notch. This location is perfect with an amazing cafe/bakery right next door, a pizza/gelato place right across the street (best gelato we had) and an outstanding steak house and restaurant right next door as well. It was also within walking distance to the local grocery store. We walked into the town almost every day and could have taken the bus if walking uphill is too hard for you. We also took day drives about every other day to surrounding towns suggested by the host which were all wonderful! Montepulciano you have our hearts forever! Thank you Elias for an amazing place to rest our heads and relax every day! I highly suggest this location to anyone interested in immersing yourself in the Italian culture!

Very good!

We were very satisfied with both the apartment, the location and the host. Close to the old town, a large grocery store 200 meters away, the bus station also close. and if you don't want to go to the old town for dinner, there are several restaurants in the same block. Elias was very easy to get in touch with and gave us many great tips about the city. The apartment was very well equipped and lacked nothing. We really recommend renting this apartment!

Great 3 week stay

We had a great stay in Elias’s apartment. Thanks for your advice and attention to detail in your apartment. It was very clean and comfortable with plenty of room. We especially liked the location because the parking was convenient and we could easily drive out on our daily excursions without getting into any traffic. Great location to visit southern Tuscany and also trips to Arezzo, Cortona and Lake Trasimeno.Screens on the big sliding doors were so helpful. Apartment stayed cool even with the warm weather. The Perfect Stay in Montepulciano

This apartment was the absolute best experience we have ever had with a Vrbo stay. The host Elias met us and explained everything about the apartment, gave us advice on things to do, and was available for any questions or needs during the stay. The apartment itself is GORGEOUS and is in a great location for going into the center of Montepulciano and for accessing the main bus depot. Everything here was perfect and I can't recommend staying here enough!

Nice Apartment, Great Location

This apartment is in a nice location, within easy walking distance to historical Montepulciano. It is close to bakeries, restaurants and a nice grocery store. There are 2 bedrooms in the apartment with 2 bathrooms, one much smaller than the other. The kitchen area is nice and well stocked. There is a table in the kitchen which comfortably seats 4 people, as well as a couch. There is another room, let's call it a study, that has seating and a big desk, but it's not a well lit space and isn't very conducive to group gatherings for playing games. We had to use the kitchen table for all our activities because that space is much brighter and much better lit. The apartment is quite secure with 2 entry doors requiring keys. The first is to the building itself, the second is to the apartment. Overall, a nice place for a good price. We would definitely stay here again.

Very convenient location for walking Montepulciano. Spacious two bedroom, two bath, well-stocked kitchen, large living/dining room (however, we didn't use as was hot weather; only kitchen/informal dining area and master bedroom have AC). Nice small terrace with limited view. Parking very short walk away. We would stay here again if we return to the area.

Fabulous Stay in Tuscany

Elias our host and property owner was just the best. We had delays with our flights and bike rentals and Elias was so accommodating with our constant change of plans. Highly recommend staying here in Montepulciano at this wonderful apartment just steps from the old city.

Elias is a great host!

We spent 3 nights here in April 2023 and had a wonderful experience. Elias is very helpful and available for questions, recommendations, etc. The apartment is beautiful and spacious and the location is within easy walking distance (uphill of course but it's Montepulciano) of the main sights and attractions. I would definitely recommend and would stay here again if given the opportunity.

Perfect location and excellent host

This was the perfect location for a week-long stay in Tuscany. Elias was such a helpful host, with spot-on recommendations for hill towns to visit, restaurants, vineyards and even how to purchase train tickets to Switzerland. Parking was free and it was a quick walk uphill to the old city. We visited the bakery next door each day and made several quick trips to the grocery store a block away. This clean, spacious and bright apartment made traveling with my adult children easy and memorable. Thanks, Elias!

Best host EVER!!!!

From the moment we arrived at this beautiful apartment and met the owner - Elias - we were blown away!!! The apartment is very very spacious, well appointed and VERY clean!!! Elias is the PERFECT host. He explained everything to us and helped with suggestions on restaurants and things to do and see. The apartment is 300m from the main entrance to the old town of Montepulciano, and we walked there in just a few minutes. There's FREE parking 50m from the apartment, and a great supermarket 150m from the apartment. We absolutely enjoyed every moment of being there. I can HIGHLY suggest this apartment for a perfect stay in Tuscany. Thank you VERY much Elias - you were the most wonderful host, and we LOVED your apartment. Ciao Robbie

A Perfect Place to Stay

Wonderful location just outside the gates of Montepulciano. Easy walk to numerous restaurants. More importantly, the lodgings are next to a wonderful coffee shop, bakery, gelato store, and a large grocery store. Also, a great steak house / pizza parlour next door as well.

AMAZING ACCOMMODATION!!!

From start of planning to actually arriving in Italy, Elias was an amazing host. He was very friendly and patient in answering all of our questions. My friend and I could not have asked for a better vacation! We stayed for two weeks in October of this year, and the place felt just like home only with an amazing view of Montepulciano!
