The whole group will enjoy easy access to Broadway, Midtown, The Gulch, Germantown, and East Nashville from this centrally located house.

This is a newly constructed home that was built in 2019 with a spacious open floor plan on the first floor that is great for family and friends to spend quality time together. It contains a full kitchen with an island, dining area, desk, a living area with a TV, a half bathroom, and washer and dryer. Guests can expect to have everything they need to cook family dinners, enjoy a movie or game on TV, or just lounge before heading out to explore all the local attractions Nashville has to offer. Each room on the 2nd floor contains a queen bed with very soft linens and pillows, blackout curtains, a smart TV, and a ceiling fan to ensure everyone gets a great night's rest. The master bedroom has an en-suite full bathroom with a huge walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms share a Jack and Jill style bathroom. Each floor of the home has its own thermostat to ensure comfortable temperatures throughout your stay. The backyard is fully fenced in and it has a patio area with furniture to enjoy time outdoors.

The neighborhood is enjoyable and entertaining for groups and families. There is a small playground just a 3-minute walk away. Also Centennial Park is located in Midtown, just 2 miles south of this home, where you can relax, site-see, shop, and eat at a variety of places! There is always something going on! If you head East on West End Avenue you'll run right into Broadway!

Why they chose this property

The area is enjoyable and entertaining for groups and families that want to be within a 10 minute drive to downtown Nashville, but away from all the hustle and bustle. It's such a convenient place to Uber or Lyft your way around town due to its convenient access to I40 and I65.

There is a small playground that's just a 3-minute walk away that has swings, slides, monkey bars, shaded picnic tables, several big open fields, and a walking/jogging trail.

The neighborhood has been getting gentrified over the last few years and new restaurants and shops continue to open on Buchanan Street. I highly recommend "No Free Coffee" for the coffee connoisseurs in your group. Right next door to that is "Slim & Husky's Pizza Beeria" that offer gourmet pizzas that'll satisfy any lunch or dinner cravings you have. As of January 2024, a mexican restaurant called "Tio Fun" opened and it has been a great addition to neighborhood. These are my local favorites that are just a 3 minute drive from this home, but there are plenty of options for delivery.

Also Centennial Park is located in Midtown, just 2 miles south of this home, where you can relax, site-see, shop, and eat at a variety of places! There is always something going on! If you head East on West End Avenue you'll run right into Broadway!
