Only the number of guests listed with the reservation are allowed at the property at ALL times.

Please do not request an early check in time through the app. Early check in times selected through the app are not applicable, even if the booking is "accepted". If you would like early check in, you must message us. Standard check in time is anytime after 4pm.

Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We've put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules we will keep your security deposit.

ALL ANIMALS MUST be approved in advance of your booking. Animals not allowed on the furniture or beds. You must pick up any paste waste left in the yard and throw away in the outdoor trash can. $125 pet fee.
