With more than enough entertainment space indoor and outdoor this property has a Game Loft with Pool and Blackjack, the downstairs has a Game and Entertainment lounge with a Ping Pong Table Wii, Board Games, and a newly renovated theatre room with custom built bunk beds and 8 luxury chairs to enjoy any movie you`d like. Outside the large wrap around deck has a 7 person Hotub and plenty of seating for your group. Enjoy your private 5 acre oasis roasting marshmallows at the firepit, throwing Disc Golf, or relaxing in the hammocks...... or drive 2 miles to downtown Black Mountain and enjoy the breweries, eateries, and shops that make us Trip Advisor’s “prettiest small town in America.”

With Montreat village only 5 minutes from the house, offering quick access to Pisgah National Forest trails, our once secluded small town has become one of the most sought after destinations in Western North Carolina.

I provide coffee along with creamer and sugar.... For the kitchen-cooking oils and spices, a Blender and all the necessary tools to prep quality meals for you and your family. In regard to the house, there is Netflix and Hulu. There is no smoking or vaping inside, but instead please enjoy your smokes on the private deck. For families-disc golf, board games, and books. For everyone else a hot tub at 104 degrees.







★ Living room (main level): Wall of windows facing the private 5 acres the Cabin is situated on. 65” smart tv with big couch for large gatherings. Netflix, Amazon, and other streaming services are provided.



★ Two Fully equipped kitchens with a premium 8-burner range and a double oven downstairs. Hamilton Beech coffee machine, Crockpot, and toaster. Main level kitchen has seating for 4 on a large island.



★ Dining area (main level): Dining table for 8. Bar seating for 4. A separate smaller dining table downstairs with seating for 6.



★ Private Game & Entertainment Lounge (lower level) which has ping pong, wii, board games, and 70” smart tv.



★ Game room (upper level) with a blackjack table, pool table, spacious work desk and chair for working remotely. Board games: Monopoly, Yahtzee, Uno



★ Main deck: BBQ grill and outdoor seating with couch and live edge coffee tables. Outdoor dining table for 4. And 7 person hot tub!
