Check out is at 10am- you may be charged extra fee if checkout past 10am without prior approval. We will try out best to accommodate late checkouts when possible but will need at least 24 hour notice. This allows us to give our cleaning team proper notice. Please keep in mind if we have a same day check in we may not be able to accommodate.

Please take trash out to trash bins on side of house, if they are full please leave in house at check out so the bears do not get them

Please move any furniture back to it's original spots if moved during you stay.

No parties- please be respectful of neighbors and noise level. No outside noise past 10pm

Weapons are not allowed on property.

There is special health risk involved when using hot tub and you are accepting those risk when using. There is potential danger for unsupervised children, as well as health risk for if pregnant or intoxicated. Hot tub should be kept at temperature less then 104 degrees. Large groups and/or overuse of hot tub will cause hot tub to become dirtier quicker. Recommended to give 2-3 hours between hot tub use. Please be mindful of time in hot tub and personal hygiene prior to use. Guest accepts sole responsibility of accidents, medical conditions, or injury.

Please clean up any excessive messes, spills, etc. and throw away trash in trash cans. Any extra cleaning or deep cleaning that needs to be done by cleaning team may result in extra charges.
