Luxury modern villa with scenic view

Modern Villa Aestivus has accommodation for 10 people. Surrounded by beautiful nature and greenery, it serves as the perfect base for a vacation, as well as exploring the rich offer of Istria. It offers a unique and unforgettable view of the sea. The entire place is minimalism and elegance.
The villa is located in a quiet and picturesque location without many houses nearby and thus provides a complete rest for the spirit and body.
The space
Spacious villa contains 5 bedrooms with en-suite bathroom , each with double bed, air conditioning,smart TV, terrace access. Four bedrooms are on the top level while one is on the ground floor. En-suite bathrooms have two sinks and a shower , while one on the ground floor also has a freestanding bathtub. The large glass walls make the house feel airy, allowing for views of the environment from almost every corner of the villa. The villa is functional and minimalist. A living room with an indoor fireplace and a smart TV is connected to a dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. Connected spaces are ideal for family and friendly gatherings. The lower level of the house has a direct access to the pool and outdoor patio. Behind the kitchen is a large pantry. The villa also has an outdoor kitchen with a large dining table.
Guests have access to a large pool with 10 deck chairs, umbrellas, and an outdoor shower.
EV charging station (on request and extra charge).
Guests have access to all areas except a private pantry and wine area.
Other things to note : In July and August, check-ins/check-outs only on Saturdays.
