Enjoyed!

We enjoyed our 6 month stay at 901 Terrace Drive. We would definitely rent again. Owners were great to work with.

Affordable and enjoyable

The location was pretty central to all shopping requirements and was pretty quiet. Heating and air conditioning worked well and beds were comfortable. My only complaint would be the slow speed of the internet. Unfortunately it is the fastest speed available from the satellite provider. Any queries we had were quickly responded to by Steve. All in all a good vacation site.

Good time visiting

Was good house was dusty and nothing to use for chairs in the shed as stated in advertisement but we enjoyed our time in the area

Loved the place

This property is very well maintained. Owners are very easy to communicate with. Kitchen is small but very well stocked. We didn’t need anything. We would rent this property again

Comfortable place

We stayed at this property for a month. The kitchen is a one person space. I would have enjoyed a dishwasher but handled it fine. It was very comfortable and homey. We felt safe in the neighborhood. Merry

Good place to spend the winter when you are from Minnesota.

Everything you need for a long stay. Some things were missing but there is a good number of second hand stores and they have good stuff. We spent the winter at the gym and going to the great parks hiking. The weather was great for hiking. Will be coming back next year but maybe not for four months. Thanks to the very nice owner she is very nice to work with.

Close to the river in a safe walking area

Clean comfortable mobile home in a quiet safe neighborhood. Owner responds quickly to any questions and it is supplied with items you might need right away.

We are a family that love summer water sports as well as the mild Arizona climate during the winter. We live in California and this makes our third vacation rental property, all of which we enjoy when we don't have guests staying at our places.
My husband is a masonry contractor, and I am an accountant.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

We bought this property in the fall of 2014. We have a condo in Bullhead as well but wanted a place that we could store our boat when we came out. We fell in love with the location,(only one block from the river) and the quiet, wide residential street. We love riding our bikes through the neighborhood, walking to the water's edge and feeding the ducks.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The large patio is one of the unique things that we enjoy the best. The kids ride their scooters and bikes or play games with room to spare. We bar-b-q, have our evening drinks and watch the sunset. Coffee in the early morning and watching the birds squabble over the bird seed is a great way to start the day.
