About this property
Riverfront Oasis Guest House, one bedroom with dock
Welcome to the river! This is the lower level private guest house of our riverfront vacation house. It is a fully self contained guest house with a private entrance with access to the boat dock. It is light and bright with with an open concept living area. Enjoy river and mountain views from the living room, kitchen and patio. Fish off the patio or just watch the ducks swim by. Bring your river toys we are on the deep part of the river. The dock and patio are a shared space with the main house. The upstairs main house is currently not available for rent. There may be guests that are friends or family of ours.
The space
This is a one bedroom guest apartment. It is the lower level of riverfront house. Perfect for traveling nurses, snow birds or two adults on a long weekend get away. Parking will be in the driveway. There is no laundry in the space, but arrangements can be made for use of the units in the garage for stays of one week or longer. The main house has it's own patio, but if we are in town we may use the dock ourselves.
Please be curious to our neighbors. Quiet time is between 10-pm and 7am. Although we are not currently renting the upstairs, main house we are often visiting.
The unit is below street level. It requires a pump to move waist water to the street level. This is why we prefer only two guests. Please do not invite extra people to the home during your stay. No animals please we have severe animal dander allergies in our family.
Non-smokers only please. We do not allow smoking on the property.
We pay a living wage to our housekeeper. The cleaning fee is based on this.
Security Camera disclosure
This property has security cameras. They are activated only by movement. They are located on the exterior of the garage, facing the driveway, In the interior of the garage, facing the entrance to the main house from the garage. There is one facing the door of the main house and the entrance to this space, the Riverfront Guest house. There is a camera on the alarm control panel on the inside of the house, it is only activated to take a still photo of the person who disarms the alarm. Tampering with, disabling, blocking or destroying these cameras are grounds for immediate cancellation of your reservation.

Our family loves the river. I have been going to the river since I was a little girl. I dreamed to own a riverfront home one day. That came true in January of 2020. This home has an upper main level and a lover, guest level. This listing is for the lower guest level.
Why they chose this property
There is a view from every window. This home is perfectly situated on the deep part of the river, with water in font of the dock year round. The home is well maintained with beautiful finishes and furnishings. Watch the ducks swim during the day and see the lights of Laughlin twinkle at night. The dock is for your use. There are tie downs as well as jet ski pads. Bring your fishing polls, as the river has striper and big mouth bass.
What makes this property unique
This is the lower level of our riverfront home. There is plenty of room for your river toys at the dock. The multi-level patio gives you an option to sit in the shade or bask in the sun.
