Easy to work with. Very clean. Spacious. Plenty of parking. Easy access to Nashville. Thank you. The owners did a very nice job. Have a very nice place. Great value for the money.

The home was comfortable and nicely decorated. The host provided coffee, sweeteners, shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The location was wonderful, outside of the craziness of the city, but close enough to get wherever you need it within 15 minutes or so. There were a few small maintenance issues that we discussed with the host. The dishwasher was restored to working order promptly. The host was friendly and easy to access.

Easy in and out of the property. Would have liked some directions for controlling the temperature. Seemed like it was on a timer so when we warmed up the air went back to extra cold. Didn't want to mess around with it too much.

Loved this place! Clean, spacious, nice patio and charcoal grill. The location is great, close to downtown and a couple of minutes away from a Walmart, which was convenient.

Host, Rhonda, was very helpful, responsive and kind! Property was neat, clean and convenient without being in the busiest part of Nashville. Would absolutely rebook if visiting Nashville again.

Such a perfect setup. Short drive from the airport and a nice neighborhood! The needs were comfortable and we had everything we needed! Hosts were so helpful and available the whole time! We will definitely return to this place in the future!!!

The neighborhood was so nice safe and quiet. The townhouse was brand new styled smelled new, all amenities are there you literally only need to bring food and clothes. It was super easy to get in and eat take care of, my doggy was on his best behavior and so cozy in front the fireplace. I hope we left it just the way the host likes it! Thank you for a great experience.

The thermostat was programmed to go to 75 at night- making it difficult to sleep. The place was very clean and met our needs. The main TV had no local channels and to watch any TV, you had to log into your own personal accounts.

We had trouble trying to figure out how to work the AC. It was a NEST thermostat and we were mot familiar with how to work it. Reached out to the host and he was quick to answer back, however, maybe some written instructions would have been nice. The cold air would be on then the heat would come on making the property get warm. We never figured this out. Also, if 3 people took a shower close to each other the hot water would run and and the last person would end up taking a cold shower. Overall, these are easy fixes and I would stay here again.

Place was clean. No frills. A haphazard bunch of finishes and decor reminding me of an apartment “landlord special.” We were there to sleep and shower; didn’t explore the kitchen. Beds were fine (seemed like one king, one queen, one double—sizes weren’t described in the listing—but maybe it was two doubles? The main bedroom was decent sized while the others were pretty small, couldn’t open the door entirely in one. Closets in each. Off street parking was convenient, with access from sliding door. One of three bathrooms had hand soap. The shower toiletries were empty or removed. No hand towels or even holders for them. Easy to enter and communicate with host. Quiet place to sleep, convenient to our events and friends.

For the 3 of us there, the home was clean, nicely decorated, and located in a quiet, decent neighborhood. We also appreciated the kitchen amenities, including the microwave, toaster, and air fryer, which made preparing small meals convenient. Access/entry to home was easy.There were maintenance and functionality issues that impacted our stay. The bedroom with the black/gold curtains could really use additional storage. The closet is quite small, so there isn't enough space for guests staying more than a few days. The mattress in that same room has a significant dip in the middle that makes it uncomfortable.The master bed was hard and uncomfortable to sleep in. There were also ants found in different rooms upstairs. The hallway bathroom towel bar is loose and needs to be reinforced, and there should be additional towel hooks or bars for guests. In the kitchen, the dishwasher appears to need to be secured properly. When opened it, and top rack pulled out, the entire dishwasher tipped forward. In the refrigerator, some of the interior drawers were unstable.We were looking forward to using the barbecue grill, but unfortunately the grills had not been cleaned and appeared to be in poor condition, so we decided not to use them. The owner provided ample towels, sheets and pillows however, we stayed for six nights with only one roll of toilet paper supplied in each bathroom.Overall, the home has a lot of potential and these maintenance items can provide a better experience.

The home was perfect for what we needed. There were a few minor issues that popped and Tomaris was over right away to remedy the situation. We would stay there again.
