Our lovely townhome is located just 15 minutes from downtown Nashville. It's close enough to enjoy all that Music City has to offer, but far enough away in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood to guarantee that you'll get a great night's sleep on our comfortable beds. There's also a large outdoor deck to enjoy gathering outside.

***This is a non-smoking unit. Violation of the non-smoking rule will result in a fee of $400. This is non-negotiable.

This house is exactly as described in VRBO - it is very clean and cozy, as well as up to date. We had everything we needed for a weekend getaway to Nashville and the price was half of the cost for a cramped, one room hotel! Plenty of towels, pillows, dishes, etc and the hosts responded immediately to any questions we had. Would definitely stay again!

I recently stayed here while visiting Nashville and the home was as described by other reviewers. The space was clean, neighborhood was quiet, and it was fully equipped with everything you could think of. Even though I wasn’t traveling with kids for this trip, I really appreciated the abundance of kid-friendly items available (toys, small chairs/tables etc.). Another big hit were the sound machines in each bedroom for those of us that like nature sounds when relaxing!!! The location was convenient to downtown (15 minutes each way) and maybe just a little over an hour from distillery tours (Uncle Nearest and Jack Daniels). Food and shopping options were also an easy drive (less than 10 minutes).Lastly, communication with the host was super easy and prompt. I received my confirmation and check-in details within the hour of booking and she checked on us throughout our stay.

The extra amenities and the kitchen utensils, dishes, and bakeware. The place was in great condition. We saw deer standing across the street! So beautiful. We felt safe and secure and was very close to restaurants and stores. Will definitely come again.

We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful two bedroom duplex. It had everything we needed and wanted. It was located in a residential neighborhood with off street parking. The area was quiet and peaceful. Our host was there for us when needed. An excellent location to be close enough to Nashville yet far enough away for a relaxing evening.

Cozy and comfy stay as expected! Felt safe here as a solo woman traveler which is super important. The area is quiet and residental yet still close to nearly anything you might need. Well stocked! I didn't cook at all but they have everything you would need. Dryer was clean and efficient. I really appreciated the zero water pitcher :)Exceptionally clean and put together. Would totally stay here again next time I'm in town!

We arrived in the wee early mornings with lights inviting us in. The home was comfortable, everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable. Our friends actually commented they woke up for the first time in no pain! Location was perfect for all our activities!

Amazing stay. The place was fully stocked with everything you could think of literally just need your clothes. Very clean and renter was amazing with all the check in and out information. Watched Mom and baby deer playing in the back yard every morning... I would highly recommend you to book you stay the these amazing people.

My family and I absolutely LOVED staying at Cozy Escape. It’s very rare to find one king size bed, much less TWO in the same house. It was perfect for two couples to have privacy, space, comfortable seating, and so much more. The deck is beautiful and peaceful. We watched kittens playing in the back yard and deer grassing in the neighboring field. The special touches like the sound machine, shampoo/conditioner included, blankets for the sofa, and kids toys for all ages made this place feel more like home than any place we’ve ever stayed. We genuinely didn’t want to leave! Everything was clean, the linens were soft, loved the decorations and the location was PERFECT. Near parks, restaurants, and the highway but still quiet and peaceful. Would give this place 100 stars if possible.

Comfortable, Convenient and very Clean

My 81 year old mother, my husband and I stayed in this beautiful condo recently. The condo is beautifully decorated and is quite comfortable. The owner provided many extras from coffee and creamer to makeup wipes, bath gel, shampoo ans conditioner! The location is about 15 minutes from Nashville which was perfect for us as we didn’t want to stay in Nashville. The entire condo was very clean which is a must for me! We hope to stay at this property again!

Nice neighborhood condo

A perfect cozy spot. Nice layout for sharing and privacy. Thoroughly outfitted kitchen, comfy beds, lovely bath amenities. We enjoyed being near our Nashville family and only a short hop into downtown.

Well hello there. 🙂 My name is Kristen and my husband Ralph and I live in the beautiful Appalachian Mountains in the extreme northeastern tip of the great state of Tennessee. We both grew up in the Tampa Bay Area but made this area part of our lives back in 2006. In addition to operating short-term rentals, we do coaching and training for mortgage loan officers to help them make more money working fewer hours. We love hiking, boating, winding two-lane drives in the convertible, and playing with our grandchildren. We work very hard to make our properties places where we would want to stay so that when you arrive, you'll have a warm and welcoming visit and be lacking for nothing. Welcome home!
