The house is stocked with all the needed amenities and necessities to ensure your perfect lake vacation begins from the minute you walk in the door. The entire home has modern state-of-the-art technology such as Sonos speakers and in wall subwoofer, voice activated kitchen faucet, master bath privacy glass, Lutron lighting, motorized blackout shades, heated floors throughout upper and lower levels and solar power.

A year round adventure unfolds in the embrace of nature's changing tapestry. Enjoy vibrant fall leaves, winter wonderland escapades and thrilling summer activities. Try your paddle boarding skills in the summertime and watch the kids swim off the pier. For the golf Enthusiast Erin Hills – Top 5 perennially rated Wisconsin golf course by Golf Digest is only minutes away.

For winter if you want to leave the fireplace and heated floors there are multiple adventure ski hills/tubing/toboggan places nearby. This area was the southern part of the Ice Age Trail so you are within 20 miles of the trailhead for the Ice Age Hiking Trail.

Bedroom beds comfortably sleep 8.

Master bedroom has a king size bed. Two children's bedrooms have full size beds and each has a trundle pull out as well. The lower level bedroom has a queen size bed. All bedrooms come with motorized blackout blinds including side channels for restful sleep.




OUTDOOR:
Multiple patios and spaces throughout the property offer peaceful outdoor lounge spots with a lake view. Backyard is long enough for kids soccer game or volleyball. Lightly wooded hill for adventure seeking including a small kids “ropes course”. Wildlife aboud with deer, geese, squirrels, chipmunks, birds and more. The water offers opportunities for seeing bluegills nesting and turtles embarking on their sunlit adventures.


LAKE TIME:
Okauchee Lake is a 1200 acre lake with a max depth of 90ft. There are several restaurants and bars you can pull up to from the boat. You will enjoy it all on this lake - good for swimming, tubing, fishing, ice fishing, surfing, waterskiing or cruising! There are many fun canals to explore and beautiful houses to admire - plus 4 different lake bar/restaurants you can arrive to by boat! For summertime lake enjoyment, you will have access to 2 SUPs, 2 childrens kayaks, and a water lily pad. A vast variety of life jackets and floaties are on site.
