Perfect location

This one bedroom condo was located with a quiet view of the golf course and on the ground floor. Wonderful view and excellent bird watching opportunities. The condo was clean and the various activities, pools and restaurants at Divi golf make this a perfect choice.

Nice place!

Location is great. We enjoyed the restaurants on the property. Front desk very friendly and helpful. Very nice unit. Large bedroom with very comfortable bed.

Little disappointed that there was no scheduled cleaning service for any day of week. We had to call for fresh towels and have the garbage empty. We have rented other units in the divi golf and has some sort of cleaning service. This unit was a little more run down than other units in the past. Overall never disappointed with the resort. Trustworthy and excellent

We have stayed at Divi Links many times in a one bedroom suite so we knew exactly what to expect. Dealing with Prestige was an excellent experience and we would absolutely rent from them again. The suite was as anticipated. It was clean, everything worked perfectly fine and they were immediate to respond to any questions. The bed was very comfortable and the unit was very clean. We prefer the quiet golf course view and in selecting Prestige we knew exactly what unit we would be getting. Everyone that works here are now like old friends. Can’t wait to come back next year!! Highly recommend

Horrible experience

Horrible!!! Nothing worked and we’ve complained - no ac no microwave no stove paint was old and furniture was peeling- ac unit broken!

Peaceful Paradise

This condo is in a fairly quiet area of the Divi Golf and Beach Resort - across from the 8th fairway. We enjoyed our time at the condo - watching wildlife and golfers. We also enjoyed using the grill for some quiet dinners on nights we didn't want to go out to eat. Members of Prestige Realty - the management firm - were very responsive when we had questions prior to our arrival and for a couple small issues once we were at the condo. We would definitely like to return to the Divi. The resort itself is beautiful, with several pools with different vibes. We never had a problem getting a chair at the pool. Resort staff were very welcoming and friendly to speak with. The beach is only a short walk or shuttle ride across the street. You can walk for miles on the beaufitul sand. Small issues

Arrived and our air mattress was not there. Had to use the room phone to try and reach prestige realtry. We got charged for using the room phone upon check out had to argue with someone from prestige about the phone bill as we had no other way to contact them about the air mattress and broke. Dryer. They ended up waiving the phone charge. The room was perfect otherwise for our stay. I do wish there was more toiletries and towels. The Divi golf was beautiful and well maintained. With all said we would stay at Divi again.

Mixed on the condo experience

The condo was as advertised, although there were done issues that were annoying to deal with. Because the river is in the back yard, the mosquitoes were ridiculous at night. After a couple nights we were so eaten up that we couldn't enjoy the patio after sunset at all. The bedroom door seems to be on backwards. You cannot get into or out of bed on the door side without closing the door. Also i think opening to the inside is probably a fire hazard. The parking spot is just tiny. While it's nice to have a dedicated spot, parking in it is not easy because of the wooden structure over the spot. Especially after happy hour! Other than that, and a couple snafus worth the cleaning and the ac, the unit was just fine. Lots of pillows and the bed was comfy.

Available amenities, but some unsightly, unusable features

We enjoyed the features of the extra bathroom and the washer/dryer especially. Everything we used functioned just fine. Aesthetically, it could definitely use a coat of paint and some refreshing of the chipped furnishings and stained cushions and bedding. Seeing such things made us question if other things were unclean. Our biggest disappointment was the back patio, which I specifically packed a yoga mat for. However, the infestation of mosquitos out there, especially around the grill, made it impossible to use without getting devoured. Even so, we burned through 4 citronella candles and covered ourselves with mosquito repellant even indoors. While we were grateful for the washer/dryer which allowed us to travel without checking bags, the unit was undesirable to remain in more than necessary. Fortunately, we traveled during a week of good weather and were able to minimize our time in the condo. We will not be returning to this unit, but we did enjoy the surrounding property.

Great location and value at resort

This 1 Br condo on first floor would be great for anyone with mobility issues. Close to pool and Golf course. We enjoyed all the resort facilities without the all inclusive price tag. Rooms were clean and kitchen was stocked with sufficient tools for 4 people. The only complaint was the bathroom showers that had no hot water or pressure. We told front desk and mgmt company but it wasn’t remedied during our 5 day visit. Overall, the unit was much better value Vs a hotel room and would recommend it to anyone visiting Aruba. Divi Beach resort is great for families and away from the busy downtown and high rise hotel strip scene. There are shuttles to take you all around the resorts if you don’t want to walk. This Condo unit was about 250 ft from the large Infinity pool w swim up Bar that had adequate seating. Beach was short walk across the street and chairs were available if you arrive before 11am. Plenty of great restaurants in the area to choose from , so wr opted NoT to get the all inclusive package. You have option of buying Packages for $140 pp/er day if you want the convenience. We rented a car so we had freedom to go wherever we wanted. Checkin process was organized and all staff were super friendly.

Amazing, relaxing

We had such a great time at the divi condo #1. The location was perfect to go to the pool and bar, go for walks in the morning and all of the staff was helpful. The only complaints we would have is to have new patio furniture, because the stuff provided was breaking/warn out, to spray down the patio because it was dirty and to clean inside the cabinets before guests come because there was a mold/musty odor from the areas below the eat in island and microwave/oven. We will definitely be back.

Great Condo

We recently stayed one week in this one bedroom condo with our daughter. There was plenty of room for all of us and it was much more comfortable than being in a hotel room. The beach is about a 5 minute walk and pool is only a minute away. The pool at the Divi Golf and beach is great and has a nice kids pool and a water slide that my daughter loved. You can't beat the weather in Aruba. The management company was available if we needed anything but it was pretty easy. The unit is very new with 2 nice bathrooms and a nice porch out back. It is a ground floor unit which is good if you mobility issues. Not all buildings have elevators.
