Welcome to Crystal Shores unit 703! This condo is a 2BR/2BA unit located on the 7th floor and is set up to sleep 6 guests. The beachfront over-sized balcony is accessed from the living room and the master bedroom. There is an AMAZING view of The Gulf Of Mexico!

The living room has a leather queen sleeper sofa, 2 end tables, a coffee table, 2 leather recliners, smart TV, balcony access, and an unbelievable direct Gulf View!

The primary bedroom has a king bed, 2 nightstands, chest of drawers, TV, and a direct balcony access with a breathtaking view of the Gulf! The ensuite bathroom has a tub/shower combo and an oversized vanity with granite top.

The kitchen offers stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and a bar area with seating for three. In addition to the bar seating, there is also a large dining table.

The second bedroom has a queen bed, nightstand, chest of drawers, and direct access to the main bathroom.

The main bathroom has a tub/shower combo, large vanity with granite top, a door that goes into the 2nd bedroom and a door that goes into the main living area as well.

There is a full size washer and dryer in the unit.

Gulf Shores is a family-friendly town on the Gulf of Mexico, known for its beautiful white sand beaches, warm climate, and abundant outdoor recreational activities. Some activities include: charter fishing boats, boat & jet ski rentals, para-sailing, dolphin cruises, and sunset sailboat cruises. There are beautiful back bays for boating, tubing, skiing and fishing. Gulf Shores also has an amusement park and indoor/outdoor water parks nearby. Our city has great restaurants with entertainment for all ages! You can enjoy live concerts at The Wharf Amphitheater and the Hangout.

1. Check-in is 3pm | Check-out is 9am.
2. No smoking or vaping in the condo or on the unit balcony. Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas throughout the complex.
3. Parties or gatherings will not be allowed.

One parking pass is included with your reservation. One additional parking pass can be purchased upon request. Please notify me before arrival if you need a second parking pass.

Per industry standard, we supply a starter set that includes: one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, paper towels, a bar of hand soap, one dish washer tablet, one laundry detergent tablet, and one trash bag in each can.

I have several units nearby, so if you are traveling with friends and family and need more than one unit for the same dates contact me and we can work to make that happen.
