In addition, beautiful direct beach and gulf views from the living room and master suite sliding doors. Listen to the waves from the oversized balcony. You will love this great location, convenient to everything. (PEAK SEASON has 7 day minimum, Sat. to Sat.)

We loved this condo and our ten-day stay in Gulf Shores! Great balcony with tall chairs to help see the goings-on at the beach. Used beach service a couple of days and they are super nice and convenient. The parking pass being already in the condo was super nice so we didn't have to mess with that, and the parking place was convenient. We used the very clean and nice workout room a few times and enjoyed that. Had a small issue but owner was very quick to contact building managers and we met two of them, including maintenance guy, and they were very nice. Comfortable bed, plenty of room for our stuff, and just an enjoyable place. Very convenient to some of our favorite places nearby (Lauria's, Bahama Bob's) and easy to venture out to Gulf State Park to the pier, to eat at Perch (amazing!) or to go over to Cobalt, the Florabama, shopping at the Wharf. Got lucky with the weather and overall a fantastic trip! Would stay in this condo again for sure.

The condo was exactly what we were looking for at the beach. The view was perfect! The ocean greeted us both in the morning and evening. The interior was as advertised with comfortable beds and plenty of room for relaxing with TV or dining.The owner was super when we contacted him about a tiny glitch with the parking pass. He also responded to any questions we had prior to arrival! Don't hesitate to book this one!

Very nice place with great views. Description of property was on point and rental had everything that was needed. View from balcony was amazing. Host was available for questions before/during and after our stay.

Beach Vacation

Very nice condo, beautifully decorated. Corner unit and balcony a plus! Loved being right on the beach and pool access. Property outside clean, including elevator! Favorite for grandparents was the balcony with a beautiful view, weather was great!

Panoramic View

Loved the condo, even better than the pictures with a great location! Richard was very responsive & immediately had 2 small issues resolved. I would absolutely stay at this condo again. If you’re a pool person know that it is small and can feel crowded with just a few people. We had a very relaxing time hanging out in the recliners in the living room looking out at the beautiful panoramic view. I only wish that we could have seen dolphins but the water was too rough with Alberto. Covered parking spot is convenient but the spots are very tight. All in all it was a wonderful trip!

Our Getaway

The condo was excellent for our purposes. The view was great, the condo was well furnished and the deck was a perfect for morning coffee, Lunch, afternoon, lounging, and sunset watching. Check in was super easy, and the communication from the property manager was perfect. It was a fantastic getaway.

Beach getaway

Very much enjoyed our stay! Easy in and out, terrific location, very nice! My only suggestion would be to upgrade the mattress in the front bedroom! Would definitely stay here again! Luckily I'm not a POOL person at the BEACH, not terribly impressed with the pool! Other than that it was overall WONDERFUL!

Good owner communication

Owner cares about his property and wants to make things right. Appears to have owned just over a year now, so furnishings are fresh. If there is something that needed tweaking, he was eager to be informed so that we had the most comfortable stay possible. If you are like us, you will need a car, as we did do much sightseeing.

We absolutely loved the condo. It was exactly as described. Beds, couch, recliners and dining chairs were all very comfortable. Dishes and kitchen furnishings were plentiful and quality items. Beautiful views. We will be back!

Relaxed & Fun Stay!

We enjoyed Gulf Shores and look forward to returning! The condo was conveniently located, clean, beach access was easy, and owner was quick to respond to any messages. This was the perfect location for a relaxing and fun vacation. Highly satisfied and would rent again.

Very nice accommodations!

Great condo located right on beach at a midway point for long walks in either direction: west to the lagoon outlet or east to the pier. Great restaurants and shopping nearby. Owner is very nice to work with and very responsive. Unit was in very good condition and located close to exercise room and pool. Sunset viewing from ocean front deck this time of years was a treat.

The views from this location are to die for! Corner unit offers extra ocean views. Updated and very clean, steps away from a great beach area. Can’t wait to stay here again!
