The condo was exactly as described, beautifully updated decor was light and airy. Unobstructed beach view was great for coffee in the morning. The beach and pool were easily accessible. Kitchen had everything we needed for meals. Wonderful experience!

We really enjoyed the condo, would love to rent again.A couple of things that need improving. We are seniors & the bathtubs are slippery. You should have a bath mat in the tub & grab bars on the tub wall. My husband almost slipped down & had nothing to hold on to. The other is we couldn’t get the bracelets to work. Our people in the building would let us in & out the gate to the beach. Thank you, we would love to rent it again next year in May.

Very nice place with great views. Description of property was on point and rental had everything that was needed. View from balcony was amazing. Host was available for questions before/during and after our stay.

The condo was exactly what we were looking for at the beach. The view was perfect! The ocean greeted us both in the morning and evening. The interior was as advertised with comfortable beds and plenty of room for relaxing with TV or dining.The owner was super when we contacted him about a tiny glitch with the parking pass. He also responded to any questions we had prior to arrival! Don't hesitate to book this one!

Spring Break 2014

Our family had a wonderful time in Gulf Shores. This was our first time there and it couldn't have been better. The condo was very cimfortable and well appointed. It was one of the nicest condos we have stayed in. I would highly recommend to anyone visiting Gulf Shores.

Beach Vacation

Very nice condo, beautifully decorated. Corner unit and balcony a plus! Loved being right on the beach and pool access. Property outside clean, including elevator! Favorite for grandparents was the balcony with a beautiful view, weather was great!

My daughter said it was the BEST week of her life!

Such a great property! Right on the beach and the views are incredible. We were in town for my daughter’s softball tournament and our accommodations ended up being the envy of the other families we traveled with. Plenty of room, all the amenities, and right down the street from anything you could possibly want to do (or eat). We would love to stay here again!

Perfect Condo

We loved the condo. Very clean, updated everything, beautiful decor, short walk to elevator, beach, car, etc. It had everything we needed for a great week. Michael was very nice and helpful and we will hope to stay here again.

Sophia & Jim, Thank you again for choosing to stay at CS307. It is so important for owners to keep their units updated and I spend thousands every year in doing that. It matters to my guests so it matters to me. Some things you can see (oil rubbed bathroom fixtures or original art work) some you can feel (new towels/sheets each year), and others like the all new HVAC system you would never notice unless the old one failed during your visit but it all matters so it all gets done.
