We absolutely loved our stay at the villa, it was the perfect base for our theme park based holiday. The location of he villa means you have options of routes to the parks should the traffic be heavy in a certain direction and it's close enough to many shops without being directly near the highway. It's nestled in a quiet neighbourhood with easy access. The villa itself is very well equipped, with plenty of room for a large family. The whole family enjoyed the games room and the pool, which is larger than pools in some of the previous villas we have stayed in. Dulce, the host, kept in touch via the Vrbo app and checked in occasionaly to see if we needed anything. Would love to return one day, as I've already mentioned to the host.

The property was very well maintained, tastefully decorated and very clean. The smartly designed floor plan allowed each of my daughters, my 2 grandchildren as well as my wife and I to have our own bedrooms. The garage/ recreation room with pool table and air hockey was an added bonus. We loved our stay there.

We had a great time. My boys 12 & w 14 used the pool every day. The house was very clean and smelled amazing when we walked in. Check in was easy, rooms were further enough where I didn’t hear my kids playing games lol.Dulce was quick to respond when the TV was not working and had some out there right away and she doesn’t ask for a lot when checking out and that was nice. Thank you Dulce for having us.

This home was the perfect property for our friend’s trip! It was the perfect distance to where it was easy to get a dinner without hectic roadways while also having a quick trip to Disney parks! The house was clean, organized and the pool was wonderful! Dulce was very communicative and helpful!

March Break Getaway

Thank you for an amazing stay. We found the house amazing and it met and exceeded our expectations. It was clean and very well kept and had good amenities. We felt at home. The backyard had plenty of chairs and the pool was great. My granddaughter spent many hours in the pool during our stay. Communication with the host was seamless and she attended to all of our requests in a prompt manner. We have been staying in the Davenport area for the last 20yrs and will definitely look at booking this house next year. Thanks for a great stay and creating new memories with our family.The Matthews Family

Peaceful, quiet neighborhood with a great location, beung clise to all Disney & Universal. Coxoa Beach & Clearwater Beach are also obly an hour and a half away.Relaxing in the heated pool at the end of the day was a dream.Owner is extremely responsive to quesyions/concerns. Very sweet.

Exactly what we needed

This property was perfect for our family gathering. Dulce was very responsive and accommodating. Everything went smoothly with the reservation, check-in, and our stay. The neighboorhood was great for taking a walk and two parks were nearby for the little one. It's also conveniently close to grocery and other stores. We were all very glad we chose to stay here.

Peaceful week

I love the layout of this home. It’s like you have your own private bedroom and bath at opposite ends of the house. Very nice. The pool was great and very relaxing. My only suggestion would be to have more wash rags in each bathroom. Great home and location. Close to restaurants and grocery stores.

Nice size house-just nothing "exceptional"

The house size is great! The amenities are basic and there was nothing that went over and above. We did arrive an hour early with traveling and reached out and were allowed to enter, which we appreciated after a long travel day. The back slider to the pool was extremely difficult to open. Someone did come to look at it, but it wasn't able to be repaired during our stay which was VERY inconvenient! This can't be a new issue, so we were disappointed it wasn't addressed earlier. The master exhaust fan is an issue (as others have mentioned), and again should have been addressed earlier. The fridge water filter needs to be changed as well. The lack of supplying pool towels when you have a pool and people are traveling should be reconsidered by the owner, that's a huge inconvenience. Nothing "extra" is supplied such as paper plates, napkins, salt and pepper shakers, hand soap in kitchen or master bath, laundry supplies, aluminum foil or plastic wrap. To describe as "only need to bring your groceries" would be inaccurate. We spent a bunch on those little "extras" that we have come to enjoy in many other homes we have stayed in. Like we said, nice size house, just nothing exceptional.

Hampton Lakes is situated in Davenport, Florida, which is part of polk county. It's conveniently located near major highways for easy access to Orlando and Disney World.
The community features amenities like tennis courts, and playgrounds, making it ideal for families and vacationers. It offers a mix of primary residences and vacation homes, many of which are rented out due to the area's proximity to theme parks. Known for its peaceful environment and well-maintained spaces, Hampton Lakes is a popular choice for those seeking a quiet retreat near popular attractions.

What makes my home unique is that it has two master bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and a bathtub. It’s very spacious, with a combined family area and open kitchen. There is another private area where the main living and dining rooms are located. It has a game room in the garage for entertainment.
The home features a beautiful pool, perfect for enjoying those hot days and soaking up the Florida sun.

The house is just minutes away from Disney World, Universal Studios, Legoland, and all the major attractions in Orlando. It is surrounded by championship golf courses, including the prestigious Highland Reserve, and is only 40 minutes from both Orlando and Tampa airports. Easy access to Route 27 and Interstate I-4. Several supermarkets and stores are nearby, including Walmart, Publix, Target, and a variety of restaurants just minutes away.
