We have stayed at this home several times and it’s always great! Clean, kitchen has several appliances, plenty of plates/cutlery, 2 refrigerators, comfortable beds. We will definitely stay again.

Our 8 member adult family stay at the Bear House was quite enjoyable. It was clean and the floor plan encouraged conversation and family interaction. Everything worked. Two items of note: the dryer required multiple cycles to completely dry clothes and the temperature difference between the main floor (warm) and downstairs (very noticeably cooler) was significant. The house location was very convenient to both the town and the national park.

NO issues at all, received door code on time and was able to enter property. Property was clean, organized, and had all appliances and dishes/cookware needed. bathrooms were in excellent condition and overall property was very comfortable.

Great stay at the Bear House

We had a great trip with a super clean, comfortable and quiet house. The house is well equipped with everything you’ll need during your stay. The kitchen was awesome to cook in and the living room/dining room areas made it easy to seat our large family.

This is an excellent home and met the needs of our family. It is centrally located to all activities in Estes and in the RMNP. Both entrances are only a few minutes drive from the home. It was very clean and comfortable.
