Great Beach Condo!

We loved this one bedroom condo and plan to come back! Its cozy and nicely decorated. Nearest to beach area and has a jacuzzi. All was clean and tidy.

Quiet getaway

We travelled slightly off season apparently and had the pool practically to ourselves. The accommodations were perfect for easy beach access too! Rafael was very responsive to our messaging which made the overall stay a pleasure. Thanks Rafael!!

Excellent Apt and would definately stay here again!

We had an absolutely wonderful time at Martin's apt and would very highly recommend this place. It offers great close proximity to town, yet away from any hustle and bustle of other beaches for a more quiet option at the 2 minute walk to this beach. The beachside restaurant is also a great place to eat - very reasonable and outstanding seafood! Martin was great in communication and the staff there was also tremendous - can't beat it! Ed and Fran.

Excellent experience

I would like to acknowledge the hard work that the whole staff puts in everyday to keep up the whole complex clean. The location was amazing across the beach. They have many restaurants right on the beach and the town is close by. They have multiple pools including for little kids like my 8 year son and nephew. The room was great and the AC was potent. I will definitely recommend this place.

Great stay!

We had a great time in Las Terrenas. The unit was spacious with nice decor, clean, and on the first floor:) The kitchen was complete with all necessities. Very comfortable bed! The location of this unit is wonderful; right across from a beautiful beach and a wonderful restaurant (Porto). The setting of the restaurant is worth a million! The location is a bit less populated as compared to Playa Bonita (a few km's away). But we were looking for a quiet place so this was perfect!

Beautiful complex

Condo was well equipped and located poolside and a short walk to the beautiful beach. However, it was disappointing the complex management allowed construction during the winter tourist season. Most days we were unable to enjoy our patio or the pool due to construction noise. As the property is located almost 2 miles from the shopping area, a vehicle or taxi is required.

Quite and beautiful

Very nice apartment. Well equipped. in a very clean and luxury complex. Spending time at the jacuzzi is very relaxing and the beach is clear and beautiful. Tons of places where to go around. Great morning beach walking and beautiful sunset at Mosquito Bar. We enjoyed eating at Porto, Los pescadores Town and Don Luis. Terranas is such a beautiful and charming town and spending the time on this apartment makes everything perfect. We love Terrenas and Balcones del Atlantico is our happy place.

Excellent condo, clean, comfortable and exactly as pictured

Had a great stay here.. the complex is secure, pristine and conveniently located very close to the beach. The beach across the street was beautiful and the facilities at Porto (beach club) made the experience very enjoyable. Comfortable lounge chairs, great service with good food and excellent coffee. The only draw back was the distance from the town. The walk to town was too long for our young children, so we did feel a little isolated. However, this could also be a good thing as the facility was very quiet and peaceful. We were travelling with two young children and the facility was perfect for them. Martin is also very prompt and accomodating. All in all, we highly recommend!

Beautiful small apartment with great location

Balcones is a beautiful place, great landscapes, views and lots of beaches nearby. You find one across the street. The apartment is located near the pool on the first floor. Great bed and curtains, exquisite decor. Kitchen has all you need for basic cooking. TV is a little outdated, but it has 200+ cable channels, enough for every taste. I recommend placing instructions for the hot tub, as we couldn't even fill it up. Also, for the price, I was expecting basic daily cleaning.

We will be looking into upgrading the TV based on your comment and also replacing the Jacuzzi instructions. We use to have it but I guess it was misplaced. Also, for future stays you can always get in touch with anyone inside the resort and they happily will assist. On the maid, we have it as a default that they go before and after each stay with the possibility to go within they stay or even every day but we have it on demand since most people prefer the privacy. We will make sure to clarify it in the amenities description. Once again, we thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts and ideas with us. Déplacements

Puisque l’emplacement est éloigné du village, nous avions prévu nous déplacer en taxi mais le prix demandé par les taxis 50 CDN pour un aller-retour au village est RIDICULE et abusif. Nous sommes donc restés prisonniers du Del Atlantico. Nous aurions apprécié une navette organisée et offerte par le Del Atlantico pour nous rendre au village
