Questo spazioso 3 camere, 2 bagni a casa ha curato, nuovo tappeto e biancheria da letto e offre molto spazio per la famiglia e gli amici. Vi è una TV a schermo piatto e DVD in salotto e un / combo VHS TV e computer nella camera matrimoniale. Il grande ponte è l'ideale per divertirsi o rilassarsi al sole. C'è WiFi nell'unità. Il complesso condominiale Northshore è circondato da alberi di pino e ha una bellissima spiaggia privata di sabbia bianca con un molo di acque profonde lungo la costa nord di Tahoe. Gli ospiti estivi hanno accesso privato alla piscina e ai campi da tennis, campi da picchetto e campi da bocce. Ci sono sedie e ombrelloni, primo arrivato, primo servito. Il parcheggio di questo complesso è solo per il permesso, fino a 2 auto. Grande posizione Lake Tahoe, vicino al lago, negozi e ristoranti o solo a breve distanza per sciare a Alpine Meadows e Squaw Valley USA.

Great summer stay

Location is ideal with a short walk to private beach with chairs and umbrellas available. Short drive to Tahoe City and ski resorts. Inside is a bit dated and TV set-up should probably be updated, but roomy and comfortable with a perfect deck for chilling or having dinner. Very good value.

Great place and great location.

Everything was great! Only complaint was that the upstairs room was super hot and made it hard to sleep. Otherwise great place and great location with a short walk to a great private beach.

Hall Family Stay

Beautiful location. Place is very clean but dated. Could use some upgrades in the kitchen and deck area. Make sure to bring shampoo and essentials. Kayaks and paddle boards are not included, beach access with umbrellas and chairs only. Had a great stay!

Low dollar retro

Townhome is in a beautiful location with beach access. All original appliances and fixtures from 1974. Would be nice to have some soap in the shower and extra toilet paper but it was an inexpensive place to stay.

Great customer service! Nice stay at great location

We were quite happy with our stay - the location was great, parking and check-in was easy, and there was plenty of space. What really stood out was the customer service, however. We had initially booked for a weekend that got completely snowed out - our host proactively contacted us to help move our reservation date with no hassle, no fees, or anything like that. We really appreciated it, since it would have been impossible to get to Tahoe for the original reservation, and they made things easy for us. We would gladly book with them again!

I liked the beach and pool access. The upstairs bedroom was very hot with no AC. All the room would require is a window unit air conditioner. Please install for the comfort of your summertime guests

Our summer time stay in Pinedo's condo

Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was comfortable and the beach and pool access were outstanding. It was in the high 80s when we were there and the upstairs master bedroom had no AC. The vaulted ceiling made the hot air get trapped up there. It was nearly impossible to sleep even with windows open and fans going all night even tho we had drawn the shades during the day. I feel the owner could install an AC window unit in that room for not a lot of expense. I felt badly for the people who stayed in that room.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of six enjoyed our stay at the condo. It’s nothing fancy, but was clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our vacay. The best part for us was the access to the private beach which is about a 5 minute walk from the condo.

Good place to stay

Its been more than 1 month and I still don't see the security deposit charge reversed, so pathetic!

Three nights in a fantastic location

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was well equipped with a great kitchen allowing us to cook each night fairly easily. All was clean and ready for use. Rooms were well set out for two parents and two adult children.Location was very good for us but you will need a car for your stay as it is a bit out of town.Minor challenge was arriving after dark and struggling to find the correct property - the numbers were not on the street - only right aboove the entrance.Other minor issue was that the heating wasn't all that consistent in the lower level requiring additional heaters to be run before going to bed. We did have very cold nights so only a minor inconvenience.

Nestled in the forest

The only real issue we had was any movement above the floor you're on is very creaky and loud. The pool area wasn't a long walk and nice setup, but I do wish there was closer lake access from the property itself.

Great ski cabin!

We just stayed here for a month. It was amazing! Cabin is super cozy and easy. Only tough thing is the wifi is pretty bad, so its hard to work from here. We were told it would get upgraded during our stay but it never happened. But if you are here to be with people, sit by a cozy fireplace, and ski; it's an incredible spot. Only a few minutes from all the restaurants in Tahoe City as well which is super fun.

It would have been nice if someone had communicated the condo association’s plans for snow removal. There weren’t many cars staying and ours consistently was the only one snowed back in when the snow removal truck came through. So much work!

Bring your own soap

We had a nice stay. The place was clean and comfortable. Most of what you'd need was there. We found it kind of odd there was no soap in the showers. Either provide some kind of body wash or state clearly in your posting that none is provided.

Great spot for a weekend ski trip!

We stayed at this condo for a long weekend during one of the largest winter storms in Tahoe and we were so thankful we did! The condo itself is located super close to Tahoe City and doesn’t have any steep slopes to get to - which is fantastic for heavy snow days. We had some friends who had their cars snowed in during the same weekend, and we were able to get ours out with less than an hour of shoveling. The gas fireplace was also super easy to use and a lifesaver for us. The kitchen was very well stocked for our couple of home cooked meals. Overall a great, convenient and well-priced stay - would highly recommend!

Everything was great except check in process

Stay was good but check in details were never provided. I reached out to the number provided and was told they would send the check code immediately. 1 hour went by, no code. I called back and got the same answer. Hung up and waited 30 minutes to no avail. Called back and was put on hold for 20 minutes while the code was retrieved. A lot more details that added to my frustration but are not included. All of this happened at 7:30 - 9:30 PM btw.
