The Space:

Whether you're here for a family vacation or a fun getaway adventure with friends, our expansive 5 bedroom home comfortably sleeps 12 people! Step inside and be enchanted by the unique blend of old-world charm and modern Moroccan flair. The interior is tastefully decorated with vibrant colors, persian rugs and exotic artwork, creating an atmosphere of luxury and comfort.



Haya Hideaway features a formal sitting room and a massive, comfortable living room where you can relax, watch TV, play a game of air hockey or challenge someone to a 1-on-1 X-Men battle on our arcade game!



Get ready to cook up a storm in our updated, modern kitchen and enjoy sitting together for a meal in our formal dining room! Fully stocked with ceramic cookware, spice rack and coffee bar!



Each of the five bedrooms is a tranquil oasis with plush bedding, ample closet space, and distinctive Moroccan-inspired décor. Our personal favorite is the King Bedroom which features a wood canopy bed with magical hanging bed sheets. There are two dedicated workspaces set up in bedrooms for anyone working from home!



The bathrooms provide shampoo and conditioner, body wash, hair dryer and extra towels, so you’ll be fully set up for a perfect stay!



Outside, you'll find a spacious backyard retreat, perfect for enjoying the Florida sunshine. Relax on the patio furniture, fire up the grill for a barbecue, make smores around the firepit or eat a meal together on our shaded outdoor dining table! If you’re in the mood for some fun, take play a game of life sized tic-tac-toe, jenga or cornhole!

You can also access the children's park that is right next to our home! You’ll be 5 minutes away from Tampa’s best attractions, restaurants, and vibrant nightlife! Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home! Enter through the front door, enter your keyless entry code and voila, you’ve arrived at your home away from home!

Park your car in the driveway and head to the front of the house to enter.



The Neighborhood:

Seminole Heights is THE happening neighborhood in Tampa right now! All of the best foodie spots, boutiques and hipster stores are 5 minutes from our house! Our neighborhood is peaceful and quiet, full of families that really take care of our neighborhood.



We love that we are a 3 minute walk from Rivercrest Park! Walk along the stunning Hillsborough River and you'll see all of the park amenities, which include: parking, security lighting, fitness station, fishing docks, a canoe launch, a picnic shelter, a playground, drinking fountain and benches!



Are you a runner? The park hosts a beautiful meandering eight foot wide asphalt perimeter trail of 0.68 miles.



Getting Around:

If guests are wanting to go Downtown, Channelside, to The Port, Armature Works, Straz Center, Amalie Arena or the Lowry Park Zoo it will be just a five minute drive or Uber drive away.



If guests are wanting to go to the Tampa International Airport, Busch Gardens International Mall, or Raymond James Stadium it will be about a 10-15 minute drive or Uber ride depending on traffic.



As mentioned, this location is superb and central to all Tampa has to offer.



Other Things to Note:

1. Florida is Tropical. In such an environment, we frequently encounter local wildlife which includes insects. Our home is well maintained and treated regularly to reduce bug encounters . However, we cannot control the occasional bug creeping in to say hello or found dead (this a good sign as the place is treated). Unfortunately, we will not issue a refund for a dead or live occasional bug. It's Florida and that’s where we live. If you happen to see a bug just let us know we can spray for you! We do not foresee this being an issue during your stay but we must mention it.



2. There are 3 small stairs in order to enter and exit this home which may affect those with special accessibility needs.



3. No keys to lose or to return- woohoo! You can enter with your personal smart lock code that will be sent to you in a message after you book!



4. We do politely ask guests to respect quiet hours from 10pm-8am both inside and outside for our neighbors.



Interaction with Guests:

NO SMOKING INSIDE: Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence, including vapes, will result in a fee for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.



NO PARTIES/EVENTS: We do not allow parties or events unless it is previously approved by us. We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits.



BE CONSIDERATE OF NEIGHBORS: We love our neighbors and ask you to be considerate of their space! If you are smoking on the deck or hanging out outside, please be mindful to clean up after yourself and maintain quiet hours of 10:00PM to 8:00 AM.
