Modern Cottage near the Ocean

This home has a well appointed modern kitchen and large deck for entertaining. 3 bedroom ranch sleeps 6 people comfortably with one room with 2 twin beds, 2 rooms with very comfortable queen size beds, one being a tempurpedic. Large 50 " flat screen frame TV in family area and other room has a 32" smart TV for the bedroom. Enjoy the spacious deck, outside fire pit and large lawn area. The home has one bathroom and laundry in the basement. Kitchen has granite counters.
⚠️ Please Note: Our home will be listed for sale in the Spring of 2026. While we are still accepting reservations, there is a chance that ownership may change before some bookings. If that occurs, guests will either have their stay honored by the new owner or will receive a full refund from VRBO

The house offers a great location for easy access to local trails, to include Quoddy. It easily accommodates four adults and is comfortably appointed. A short walk brings you to a view of the ocean.

Wonderful stay!

Clean, comfortable and nicely decorated home perfectly located in Lubec just down the street from the lighthouse. The beds were comfy and everything was very clean. Couldnt ask for a better spot or nicer hosts.

Great stay in Lubec!

Lisa’s house is the perfect place to stay in Lubec. It is well appointed, very comfortable and close to so many places to hike. For those who like a morning stroll to the beach with coffee in hand, it is a mere few minutes. This is our third stay and we already have plans to return next summer.

Lovely house in quaint Lubec, Maine

Lovely home in a quiet neighborhood offering a modern, clean, comfortable home not lacking in amenities both inside and out. One of the best homes I have rented. Really enjoyed our stay and highly recoomend it.

We had a great stay at this cozy home in Lubec. Nice open kitchen and living space. Large deck and enjoyable fire pit to relax in the evening. Very clean with new appliances throughout.

The cottage itself is spotless, beautifully decorated, and thoughtfully designed to balance modern comfort with a cozy charm. A Wonderful Stay

The house was very clean and very well maintained, both inside and outside. It made our first visit to Lubec very enjoyable. If we ever make our way back to Lubec, we would definitely stay again. 😊

This is a great location and close to everything you need. A 5 min. walk to the beach but yet close to all of the downtown attractions and restaurants. You'll also enjoy the large deck and swing as well as the firepit
