Inside on the main floor you'll find a gas fireplace in the cozy living room with a large sectional sofa and two leather chairs, and an open floor plan that flows into the modern and bright kitchen, with a dining table that seats six and breakfast bar that seats three. For meals, you'll enjoy a 5-range gas stove and an Emeril Lagasse power Airfryer 360XL Deluxe, as well as crock pot and toaster. Upstairs is a full bathroom with shower/tub combination and three bedrooms: 1) adjustable head/foot king bed, 2) queen bed en-suite with walk-in shower and smart tv, 3) twin bed and full bed that doubles as an office. All bedrooms have smart tvs, dressers and closets, as well as lamps with USB ports and power outlets. The lower level is a home gym/entertainment area with gas fireplace, poker table, Tornado foosball table, two smart tvs, full set of dumbbells, Peloton, and full bathroom with shower/tub combination. The home was built in 2020 with stainless steel appliances and almost industrial-sized washer and dryer. The attached, heated two car garage has a smart tv and two kayaks, with room on the driveway for a third vehicle or a boat. A plethora of activities can be found within 20 minutes of the home - boating, kayaking, swimming, hiking, golfing, ziplining, live shows - everything Lake Geneva and south central Wisconsin have to offer!
