Nicely Decorated!

As soon as we walked in the door we noticed that the place was nicer than the photos! Very clean and nicely decorated! We loved the little coffee station and the appliances were top of the line!

Great spot in a great city

The Nokomis neighborhood near the Minnehaha parkway is an excellent spot in the cities. The property was simple, clean, and easy to check-in/use. The owner was also easy to communicate with.

Weekend Stay

The house was overall an amazing furnished house. The four of us stayed over the weekend with each room being nicely sized for us all. It got the job done for the weekend being but we often times had problems with not only the toilet but the sink in which had been previously fixed and broke. Excluding the bathroom, the home was comfortable for the weekend stay

Overall Great!

Overall this is a lovely property, and very comfortable. Unfortunately the first day we were unable to get in due to a malfunctioning lockbox, and were initially told that a locksmith would be unavailable until the following Monday (we arrived on a Friday and were stranded for several hours with a small child and all our luggage.) However, the situation was eventually rectified and we were able to get in that evening. Folks should know that there is a tenant and a cat in the basement apartment- not a problem, but would have been good to know when we were frightened by what sounded like someone trying to break into the place. These issues aside- the rental is nice, very clean, comfy beds, and the location was perfect for our purposes. Overall we quite enjoyed our stay.
