Welcome to the Serenity House! Whether you are in town on business or for fun, make some memories in this unique and family-friendly space. Located in Robbinsdale just blocks from North Memorial Hospital and 10 minutes from downtown Minneapolis. There are a lot of restaurants, grocery, and shopping nearby. This space is perfect for traveling medical staff or families coming to visit loved ones or for your own vacation getaway. Enjoy the entire house to yourself and your guests. A two car garage is available upon request for an extra $25 x day. Come stay awhile in this calm and comfortable home today. We would be honored to have you!

When you first enter this two story home, you'll walk into a beautiful entryway with all the information needed for your comfortable stay. Next, you'll experience one of two work spaces and a comfortable living room area with a pull out sofa bed and large Roku TV. Wander into the spacious kitchen which includes all of your cooking and baking essentials, plenty of plates and glasses for dining and a fully stocked coffee bar. Enjoy a meal as your friends and family cozy up to the center island or sit at the table set for 6. Relax in one of two bedrooms with queen size beds, Roku TV's, and USB charging ports for your convenience. In addition to all of these luxuries, this home also includes:

* High Speed Wi-Fi with speeds of 800mbps
* Roku TV's in living room and each bedroom featuring free HBO Max, Starz, Paramount, Amazon Prime, Hulu and Disney+
* Free off street parking for 2 vehicles along with street parking and a 2 car garage available upon request for extra daily fee
* Full coffee nook with wide variety of coffee, tea, creamer, and sugars
* Fully stocked kitchen for dining, baking, and cooking
* Washer and dryer on site for your pleasure
* Work out station with free weights, kettlebells, and yoga mats
* Board games, puzzles, and books to enjoy
* Fully stocked bathroom with shampoo, conditioner, bar soap, hair dryer, Q-tips, cotton balls, makeup pads, Band-Aids and first aid cream. Luxury body, hand, and face towels are included
* All bedding, pillows, towels, iron, ironing board, and luxury hangers for your every need
* For FAMILIES! Enjoy an adjustable highchair and crib/playpen along with children's dishes and a child gate for safety.
* Fully fenced in backyard for your furry friends along with privacy fencing on each side of the backyard. Pet fee is $50 per pet.

We came in after supper on our first night and it was easy to find, close to a highway, and with the information that we received earlier that day, we were able to get right in and get settled. We stayed here for our oldest daughter’s college graduation. It was lovely. Wish we had better weather to enjoy the lovely yard, but our old doggie did enjoy the yard. Great neighborhood, lovely hosts.

My husband is a retired canine officer. We appreciated finding a property where our two well-behaved, highly trained dogs could have access to a private backyard.I'm not a fan of memory foam so the beds were a bit of a challenge for me personally. A great home between homes

Great place for a holiday stay

The booking process was so easy and the place was well equipped for our purposes. The fenced in backyard was a real plus for us with our pup. The kitchen was perfect for cooking and having a small family get together for the holiday. Rooms were clean. Being just a few blocks from Cub Foods was a plus. Walked the dog through the neighborhood several times. Hosts were very easy to contact and quick to respond to all of our questions. Good place to stay!

Comfortable with accomodating hosts

This was a wonderful place to stay. I have special health needs that makes me very dependent on the comfort and ease of use of my environment. This house provided all of that and more. I chose a house with two bedrooms in case I needed to have a relative spend the night to aid me, but it was never necessary. The house was perfect for my needs. Moreover, the hosts were highly responsive and accommodating, and answered all of my questions in preparation of my trip and checked in with me while I was there. I will definitely stay here again in future visits.

Fun Getaway!

This cute house was located in an equally quaint, very quiet neighborhood, and it had all the amenities we needed during our one-week stay and then some! We appreciated having easy access to a washer and dryer during our stay and having a smart TV in each living space was GREAT! The home felt very secure with keypad entry and a front and back entrance. We had a wonderful trip to Minnesota and wouldn't hesitate to book this property again. 👍

Cute house in a wonderfully diverse neighborhood

Myself and my family stayed at this house for a family vacation to visit Minnesota. The house contained everything we needed for our stay. The backyard was perfect for our dogs which travel with us often. The neighbor was in a convenient location and I loved how diverse it was. Hyvee was SOOO convenient and all the big Minnesota attractions were 30 minutes or less which worked for us. We even took our 4yo to a local and wonderful playground. My only ding is that the cleanliness was not 5 stars for me, which mainly was the bathroom. Overall we had a comfortable stay here and the owner was SUPER responsive and accomodating.
