Come and experience the best of Arkansas hospitality and make unforgettable memories at our charming cottage, nestled at the foothills of the Ozarks and the Arkansas River.
This quaint 2-bedroom/1-bath retreat is complete with a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, and a cozy living room. Our beautifully landscaped fenced-in yard offers a custom swimming pool for a refreshing escape on hot summer days. Spend your days fishing or kayaking on the River, or hiking to the breathtaking nearby waterfalls. Plus, with easy access to the University of the Ozarks, Serpent Cave, playgrounds, and the Aquatic Center, there`s something for everyone to enjoy.
*During the cooler weather months the pool is closed and is usually re-opened between the last week of April and May 15th.) We ask that you be mindful of the pool cover (it can not be walked on), especially around children.
No Smoking or Vaping of any kind.
Pet`s are Welcome upon Approval and Agreement of Pet Policy, with Pet Fee Paid.
Pets must be House trained, No more than 2 and Under 30pds (w/o prior approval, some exception with approval), stay off Furniture and Bedding, and not be left unattended in house.
No parties, events, or extra overnight guests without prior approval.
2 Cars Only in Driveway.
Please be mindful of noise after 10pm and considerate of Neighbors
You must contact us within 1 Hour of Arrival if there is any issue with the home.
If there is ever any issues you must take pictures immediately and text them to the numbers provided.
You may self check-in anytime past designated check-in but Please try not to call us past 7pm unless its an emergency.
We are not liable for any accidents while using the pool so please be careful. No glass products near the pool.
Also, we have our pool cleaned in between every booking, Debris sometimes blows into the pool. You are always welcome to use the “robot” or the pool nets to get out anything that may bother you. We do not have a professional come back out to clean it during guest’s stays, but nature has a mind of it`s own and any outdoor pool is likely to get `outdoor substances` in it at times. If there are any MAJOR issues with the pool, again, take pictures and send them to us.
