We were very pleased with the house. There were many thoughtful touches. The kitchen included several seasonings and spices as well as a good supply of Keurig coffee pods and tea packets. Tide pods were available in the laundry room. Each bathroom had several high-quality bath towels.

Conveniently located and well equipped house with multiple rooms and bathrooms - great for a big group. Pleasant backyard to sit in; comfy couches and nice dining table for group meals. Like so many places, there's good surface level cleaning but not deep cleaning, so the bedding and couches had a dusty smell, but this was minor. The swamp cooler worked quite well in July. Great communication with the owner.

Very clean, comfortable beds, nice linens, functional kitchen, fireplace, patio office area. Fabulous location. Host checked in and provided great local intell on where to go and what to eat.

This was an excellent space for 6 people. With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, there was plenty of space for everyone. The house was nicely furnished, the kitchen was very usable and the back yard was lovely, especially in the early morning. Jerome, our host, was readily available and checked in via text to be sure everything was OK. Highly recommend.

We loved staying here! It is close to everything in the city and was spacious enough for our group of 7. The property is clean and the area is quiet. It was easy to get in to and the host was always quick to reply. Would highly recommend!

We had 3 couples and a young child. House was well equipped, very clean and convenient location. Refrigerator was huge. The host was extremely responsive. Overall a great experience. A few minor issues: we had unusually cold weather but the furnace was off (there were space heaters to partially compensate). Beds were just OK. We would stay there again for sure.

Nice home with space for a whole family. Close to Santa fe city center. Host was always quick to respond and accommodating when needed. Great stay!

Great Family Property

Our family of 6 really enjoyed the stay at this property in Santa Fe. It was close to everything and had enough space for all of us, inside and out. We felt like we lived in Santa Fe for a few days, it was great and we look forward to coming back.

Cozy

We had a sister's reunion in Sante Fe. The weather turned snowy and cold so we had a fire every night with the fire wood and kindling so generously left for us. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds comfortable. We would stay there again.

This place was great for our 5-person sister trip getaway, with us sisters being 62-67 & mom & her sister, 96 & 86. The loft/game room area was great for me to read, exercise & view out the large windows. Great AC, nice bathrooms, and good sized bedrooms. The kitchen was a little small & had no dishwasher, but that's not an issue for me at all. There was some wear & tear, with a torn screen door in the front and small broken tile work by the bathtub, but overall, I'd definitely stay there again. There was only one TV in the whole place, one could've been put in the loft area, but our trip was to bond with each other, so that was fine, but the radio/boombox in the laundry room didn't work, so we had to use our phone for music.It's location is EXCELLENT and that made a big impact, plus the lovely backyard was like an oasis after a long day. Overall, we all loved it! Jerome was very responsive to my questions and very helpful as well.

Wonderful accommodations!

This was a wonderful home! The location was very accessible to the Plaza area and other sites in Old Santa Fe. The owner was very good to check in with us to be sure we had everything we needed. The outdoor space was very inviting! Beds were comfortable. The home is very spacious with 4 bedrooms as well as a loft area. We highly recommend this home for all travelers to Santa Fe!

Good group house

We loved this house. It is being transformed from a relative's house into a short term rental. The bedrooms are large, beds are comfortable and the redone bathrooms are great! The garden on the back, front and side are lovely and the back patio gave us a peaceful place to sit for breakfast and dinner. Our communication with th owner was great!

Conveniently located to ski area and to downtown. When we first arrived, I was worried about road noise, but it was absolutely quiet and I slept well each night we were there. My son and daughter enjoyed a walk around the neighborhood . Well appointed kitchen with great mugs and platters and a lovely garden patio in the back. Our daughter did mat pilates in the sunroom in the front. Vintage cabinets in the kitchen, renovated bathrooms, comfortable beds. Off street parking. Would absolutely stay here again.
