Living Room – Leather sofa, 3 additional leather chairs, gas fireplace, big screen TV, blanket ladder

Kitchen and Dining- Waterfall island seating for 4, dining table seating 6, access to a crockpot, air fryer, blender, coffee maker, as well as your basic needs: pots/pans, cooking utensils, etc.

Master Bedroom and Bathroom #1 – King-size bed, nightstands on both sides, suitcase stand, lounge chair, big screen TV, ensuite bathroom featuring double vanity, and large walk-in shower.

Master Bedroom and Bathroom #2 - King-size bed, nightstands on both sides, suitcase stand, lounge chair, big screen TV, direct access to patio, ensuite bathroom featuring double vanity, and large walk-in shower.

Bunk Nook and Half Bathroom – Triple stacked twin bunk beds, half bathroom, cocktail arcade table.

Outdoor Living - Patio furniture, gas fireplace, big screen TV, outdoor dining for 6, outdoor kitchen with gas grill and mini fridge, wet bar, private hot tub, fire pit with seating for 6. Outdoor games like corn hole, tic tac toe and yard dice for fun for everyone!

General - Full-size washer and dryer available in the laundry closet. Free Wi-Fi. Gas fireplaces are seasonally available (October-May 15th). Fireplace cannot be run while A/C in running. Any cancellations processed in which a refund is due to the guest will incur a $50 processing fee. Maximum occupancy for this cabin is 9 guests, no exceptions.

It is just a short drive to Broken Bow Lake, Beavers Bend State Park, popular hiking trails, restaurants, breweries, wineries and downtown Hochatown and access to all the outdoors activities you want – boating, hiking, fly-fishing, kayaking, zip-lining, ATV trails, horseback riding, Cedar Creek Golf Course, mini-golf, helicopter rides, mining for gold, train rides, go-carts, and a great petting zoo.
