Versalir es una cabina IMPRESIONANTE de 71,5 metros cuadrados que se encuentra en un terreno PRIVADO en el sur de ISLANDIA. La UBICACIÓN más perfecta para el CÍRCULO DE ORO. La cabina Versalir está bien equipada y bellamente amueblada, construida por sus propietarios. Puede ALMACENAR hasta 6 personas, con DOS DORMITORIOS y un cómodo SOFÁ EN LA SALA. Ambas habitaciones tienen un televisor de pantalla plana y dos camas gemelas, que se pueden unir para hacer camas super King. El salón tiene un cómodo sofá, una silla RELAJANTE, PROYECTOR para ver películas con un cine en casa de DOS ALTAVOCES y un LUGAR DE FUEGO. El magnífico comedor tiene capacidad para seis personas y tiene una magnífica cocina totalmente equipada. El baño es muy espacioso y tiene una buena DUCHA CÁLIDA. Además, la terraza / patio es accesible desde el baño.

Las vistas alrededor de la cabina son magníficas, con MONTAÑAS que se extienden en los alrededores. Hay una terraza / patio privado de 120 metros cuadrados que se extiende alrededor de la cabina y está equipada con una acogedora bañera de hidromasaje y una parrilla para parrilla: perfecta para disfrutar de las ESPECTACULARES VISTAS, observar las estrellas y atrapar las luces del norte. Disfrutar de la SALIDA DEL SOL y la PUESTA DEL SOL en la terraza / patio es una EXPERIENCIA inolvidable. La terraza / patio de la cabina tiene una rampa de SILLA DE RUEDAS junto a la entrada y un ESPACIO DE ESTACIONAMIENTO GRATUITO para hasta cuatro autos si está estacionado correctamente.

Great cabin in convenient location

We stayed 3 nights in the cabin and it was perfect for our Iceland adventure. Easy drives to all of our stops. Clean and well stocked. Would definitely stay again!

Beautiful views and great location

Our family greatly enjoyed our stay here. The location was convenient to many activities /sites and the cabin was cozy and well stocked. Communication with the owners was helpful too as they gave us helpful suggestions for things to do with our family during our brief stay in Iceland.

We loved the cabin! The hot tub was perfect after a long day of sight seeing. The detailed hand book was great to have as well as the phone to get in and out of the gate. Having amenities such as a blow dryer was helpful to not have to pack it with us and save luggage space. The location was perfect for seclusion while still being close enough to Selfoss for easy access to groceries, gas and restaurants.

Great cabin!

This is the perfect cabin. Has everything you need. Kitchen is well equipped and we were able to cook several dinners. Nearest town is about 15 min away which has several grocery stores and dining options. The hot tub was a great way to end each day

4 night stay in selfloss

Location is excellent 20 minutes to downtown, an hour or less to most major sights on golden circle. Place could have cleaner for sure , coffee pot was broken let owner know never replace during our stay

First stop in Iceland

This was the first property we stayed at on our trip to Iceland, we used this as a home base to explore the souther region. The views were amazing, the hot tub worked just as instructed and it was the most home feeling I’ve ever had while traveling. Would highly recommended this property for someone looking to stay close to the golden circle sites.

Gemütliches Ferienhaus in dem man sich wohlfühlen kann! Die Ausstattung ist top. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Points of criticism : Shelf for shower baths in the shower is missing. And windows are very dirty! Nevertheless, we felt very comfortable! We found it particularly pleasant that it was so cuddly warm on arrival.

The property is well kept, and mostly well stocked. Its in a beautiful quiet location about 20 minute drive from selfoss. Hiking is nearby.

Great place to stay

We enjoyed our stay here. It was a great location to do the Golden Circle from. Wifi was fine and the beds were comfortable and the house was clean.

Perfect place to stay!

I did my homework and this was by far the best place to stay for our family of four. It was plenty of room, well managed, and the hot tub was great after a long day of hiking. The nice touches included laundry (soap included!) and a free cell phone we could use which was a lifesaver because our mobile carrier didn't work. The owners were so helpful with all the questions we had before our trip. I LOVED the location. 15 minutes to Selfoss with restaurants, gas station, and groceries. But the house was secluded...quiet, peaceful, and relaxing. Truly a home away from home. We highly recommend it!

Versalier Cabin - A Winterdream

Very nice Cabin to visit some of the highlights in South-Iceland like Pingvellir, Gulfoss and the Geysir Strokkur.To sit in the hotpot and see the Artic Lights in the sky is really amazing.We really enjoyed our stay in this cabin.

A perfect base for our visit

A perfect base camp for our visit to the Golden circle. We were able to see the Aurora Borealis 2 out of 3 nights from the hot tub. The book said hot tub would take 1-2 hours to prepare, in our experience, since it is winter and colder, it took a lot longer (4-5 hours)

A great cottage in a great location

We had a great time at this house - it was convenient to Reykjavic, Golden Circle, Inside the Volcano, Reykjadalur hike, Selfoss and more. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our own meals and we loved the hot tub after long days hiking and exploring the area.

Erlingur & Ingvar started their business in 20th of September 2013 when they bought their first land in Grimsnes, south of Iceland. They used up their savings for the down payment and got a loan to pay the rest. They started planting treas and digging for streams. On 17th of June 2014 they received their first shipment of material for building Versalir cabin. They worked very hard, along side their jobs as engineers in Reykjavik, for 9 months building this cabin.

On 10th of March 2015 the first guests arrived to Versalir cabin. Two couples from India. Since then they have done all sorts of stuff. They will continue to focus on their cabin business and also other projects that they are passionate about. Their newest property is Breidablik cabin which is absoulutly stunning!
