***PLEASE NOTE! THERE IS AN ADDITIONAL FEE PAID TO THE COMMUNITY ASSOCIATION THAT IS NOT PART OF THE BOOKING. THIS FEE WILL BE CHARGED AFTER BOOKING AS PART OF USING THE COMMUNITY AMENITIES.

ARROWHEAD LAKE IS A PRIVATE, GATED COMMUNITY MANAGED BY HOA. IN ADDITION TO YOUR RESERVATION FEES THROUGH rental company AND MUST PAY 3 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL:

1. Temporary Membership: $6 per night per person age 6 & UP
2. Vehicle Gate/Access Card: $20 Per Vehicle
3. Administration Fee $35 one-time fee

Guests have access to 2 lakes, 4 beaches, 3 swimming pools, boat docks, tennis courts, basketball courts, playgrounds, Fitness centers, library, adult billiards room. Property has 3 bikes, 2 kayaks, and a canoe that guests can use responsibly.
