New, very clean and well stocked kitchen supplies-plates, glasses, silverware etc. Nice touch of having some bath things to use like shaving cream, lotion etc in case there was a luggage problem.
The only thing I would ask - our family of 8 stayed n there were not enough beach towels or bath towels for everyone.
Plus the bath towels were small n not good quality.
The master bath is so beautiful & welcoming that the towels were disappointing.
We would stay at the house again. Great location as well. About 3 minutes to the beach & close to grocery stores.
Our family had a great time for 3 days of heaven!

—-This house is absolutely gorgeous. We had a larger group and it was perfect. The house is spotless and clean. With four bedrooms, a pool with an awesome outdoor space, and the added bonus of having bikes and scooters waiting on us in the garage. Another added bonus was the beach supplies waiting - beach towels, chairs, toys, and a wagon to cart it all!
The location is ideal with it being on the canal and so close to the beach (which you can scooter or bike to), the grocery store, and our absolute favorite place - Doreen's for breakfast!
The owner was responsive when needed which was minimal. This is an awesome house if you are thinking about renting on Marco Island.

—-This property is stunning. We have been traveling to Marco for many years and this is our favorite place yet. The location is conveniently located on the island and easy to get to restaurants and beaches within 5 minutes or less. When we arrived and entered the garage we were greeted with 5 new bikes, 4 electric scooters, beach chairs, beach wagon, beach toys and games. Upon entering the home, it felt welcoming, spotless and inviting. The design of this newly built home is beautiful and the furniture is spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with all appliances, dishes, cookware, etc. you could need and there is a separate bar area with a beverage refrigerator and a wine cooler. The dining table is long and spacious, with plenty of room for meals or family game night. The home is also stocked with several board games and large smart TVs in every room.
The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable with large closets and the bathrooms are beautifully designed. There is an office desk and printer in the master bedroom as well.
The lanai is gorgeous and on a quiet canal. It has an outdoor kitchen and seating to relax. Although our weather was cool, the heated pool was warm enough to swim in any weather and the hot tub was the perfect temperature as well. The landscaping is clean and beautiful and we appreciated that view every day.
The bathrooms were stocked with toiletries, hand soap, towels and toilet paper. And the laundry room was spacious with laundry detergent, sink, ironing board and iron. There were plenty of beach towels as well.
Tanya was a gracious host. We didn’t need much while we were there, but she was responsive and kind when we did.
Whether this is your first time coming to Marco or you are a seasoned vacationer, this property does not disappoint. We are so grateful for our stay celebrating my mom’s 70th birthday and for creating more family memories in Marco, our happy place. We will definitely be back!
