* 5 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms house, that can accommodate 10 guests. Equipped with 65’inches smart tv, so you can use your own streaming service account ,and a spacious and bright kitchen with upgraded cabinets, granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. You can relax, and enjoy delicious meals in your own swimming pool.

• 1 Toilet Paper Roll Per Bathroom
• 1 Dish Washing Capsules In The Kitchen
• Please stop by the nearest Supermarket to gather any additional items you may need for the duration of your stay. (Walmart - 1.5 Miles)

HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping service provided at the rental rate. Mid-stay cleaning services during your stay can be requested for an additional fee.

*NOTE: POOL HEAT is OPTIONAL and is NOT INCLUDED in the rates shown on this website. Additional charge of $35 per night (can only be added for the entire stay).

*It is REQUIRED to be requested up to 24 hours prior to check-in date, if requested AFTER check-in there will be an extra $30 connection fee.
*It takes 12 to 24 hours to feel changes in the water temperature.
*The maximum temperature of the pool is between 90-94°F. We recommend pool heat from October through March, but note that during the winter the water does not heat up to its full capacity, therefore we will not reimburse due to weather conditions, as it is not a mechanical issue.

*The house has BBQ grill on site with extra $100 fee during your stay, this fee includes the BBQ cleaning! So you don't need to worry about it. For your convenience, this accommodation includes a washing machine and dryer, electric iron, wireless internet. With this dream home, you are going to have a wonderful vacation waiting for you and your family..

TRASH DISPOSAL: Please put the trash daily inside the bin in front of the house. It will be collected every day in the morning.

*We will send all you need near your check-in.
*Free street parking in front of the house, there are plenty of parking spots available.
*Quiet time is after 10:00 pm, PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED. extra fee will be applied if you do not follow the rules, NO REFUND
*Pets are NOT allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $500 and you will be asked to leave.

NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND ON PREMISES! If you smoke you will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $500. No REFUND
