Note :POOL HEAT is optional and is not included in the rates shown on this website.The heated pool Can be requested of $45 and then an additional fee of $ 35 per night ( can only be added for the entire stay ) and should be requested up to 24 hours prior to check -in date ,if requested After check in there will be an extra $ 30 connection Fee.
*It takes 12 to 24 hours to feel changes in the water temperature.
*The maximum temperature of the pool is between
90-94°F. We recommend pool heat from October through March, but note that during the winter the water does not heat up to its full capacity, therefore we will not reimburse due to weather conditions, as it is not a mechanical issue.
*The house has BBQ grill on site with extra $100 fee during your stay, this fee includes the BBQ cleaning!
So you don't need to worry about it.
TRASH DISPOSAL: Please We ask to put the trash daily inside the BIN on the side of the house, an it will be collected every day in the morning .Quiet time after 10:00Pm PARTIES ARE NOT ALLOWED. extra fee will be applied if you do not follow the rules, NO REFUND
*Pets are NOT allowed. If you sneak in a pet of any kind you will be charged an additional $500 and you will be asked to leave.
NO SMOKING OF ANY KIND ON PREMISES! If you smoke you will be charged an additional cleaning fee of $500. No REFUND
