The location can't be beat - around the corner from Waffle Love (the local food truck made famous by Food Network), less than a mile from the Dell campus, and an easy drive from Kalahari Indoor Waterpark (three miles), Typhoon Texas Waterpark (six miles), and the Round Rock Premium Outlets (six miles).

No matter how you spend your days, it's a pleasure coming home to the property's lovely outdoor space. Head out back to watch your kids play tag in the yard, light the gas grill for a barbecue dinner, and settle in on cushioned seats on the shaded rear patio.

The living space is all on one level, with central air conditioning and complimentary WiFi keeping you comfortable throughout. Enjoy a kitchen with updated appliances, an adjacent dining area, and a large living room where you can gather to stream movies at night. All three bedrooms have TVs, including the primary suite with its own attached bathroom.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
