Great vacation

Had a wonderful time and condo was just like the pictures. Met a wonderful lady the first night there and she gave us a personal tour of the area which made all the difference to our stay. Come to find out, she was the photographer who took the pictures of the condo. We'll be back next year and highly recommend this complex.

Punta Cana Condo

The condo was nice and most of the needed items are included. You will need a car to stay there as grocery shopping and restaurants are a mile away. The ocean is nearby but you cannot see it and apparently you have to know how to get there. The pool was pleasant but mostly older people stay at this location. Kinda boring. The people in the area are very poor so you have an armed security person at your local grocery. I enjoyed it but I would not go back,

Good sized condo in lovely complex

The condo was a big one bedroom, was clean and was located in a complex with a beautiful pool and good neighbours…. We felt that the hosts cheaped out quite a bit with their kitchen and bathroom supplies ( kids forks only and chipped plates and cups - nooo !). Absolutely NO basic condiments - nothing…. We needed to get the sliding doors to the patio put back on their tracks and this was done promptly when we asked.The walk to the beach is not for the faint of heart as the road is often semi-flooded and takes at least 13 minutes.. Quite an adventure! A few good restaurants are a five minute walk and a decent grocery store 10 minutes. Our hydro was an additional 50 US for 13 days and we seldom had the air conditioning on - we thought that quite expensive.Overall it was a good experience.

This apartment and property is outstanding.

I was a little concerned that all would not be the same as described and shown on the webb site. Upon arrival I was so impressed. The apartment and property far exceeded my expectations. Every thing was absolutely perfect from the decor to the furnishings and every amenity you could think of having. The minute you walk in you feel at home. You just unpack you bags and start vacationing. The balcony is spacious with a gas grill and a fantastic view of the pool and grounds. And is so peaceful and quiet along with the ocean breeze I spent alot of time there.The apt. and grounds are very clean, well maintained , tropical and beautiful. The 24/7 security is comforting even though safety is not an issue here. location is within a short walking distance to most everything. All the public transportation is a short 2 min walk. I love everything about the area, the people, and of course the climate and beaches. What is there not to like about paradise? And I was so glad that I chose Todd and Maria at Reliable Realty for the rental. Their service was to say the least outstanding. Very professional,thorough and courteous. Thanks to Todd, , Maria and Angel this was truly a worry free vacation. Absolutely everything was taken care of from my arrival to my departure at the airport. Their knowledge of their business, the local area and customer service is again outstanding. I will not look anywhere else upon my return visits, which are frequent. Needless to say I would not hesitate and in fact have already recommend ed Todd and Maria to my family and friends. Angel, Todd and Maria again thankyou so very much. Sincerely, James Thompson
