Tired of the high-rise chaos, packed elevators, & crowded beaches? HERE'S YOUR SOLUTION! Bonita Beach 15 is located in the quiet Laguna Beach area of West Panama City Beach. Our small 20-unit community is gulf-front with a pool (which is right outside the front door). Access the beach directly from your beachside balcony!

This stunning condo is stylish & spacious, with sweeping gulf views. It has 3 bedrooms (King, King, 2 queens plus a queen sleeper sofa), 3 bathrooms, a full-size washer/dryer in the condo, & is pet friendly for non-shedding dogs (fees apply - 2 dogs max)!

YOUR RENTAL INCLUDES:
- Just about any kitchen appliance you can think of!
- In-unit washer and dryer.
- Tons of water/beach gear, sand castle gear, Spikeball and more!
- Access to our pool shared with only 19 other units.
- 1 dedicated parking space with additional, first-come, first-served guest parking.

IMPORTANT INFO:
- Reservations must be made by someone age 27 years or older and this person must be among the guests occupying the unit during the vacation rental.
- For health reasons, this is a NON-SMOKING environment...balconies included. If you need to smoke, please do so in the parking lot so the second-hand smoke doesn't enter our home.
- There is a $250 pet fee (covers up to 2 dogs). Please add your pets to your reservation details before booking if you will be traveling with your fur baby. If you are traveling with a dog, please reach out to us for approval before booking your stay. DOGS MUST BE DISCLOSED AT THE TIME OF BOOKING. UNDISCLOSED PETS WILL RESULT IN PENALTY FEES.
- This unit is not wheelchair accessible. 1 flight of stairs must be navigated to access the main living area of the unit.
- NOTE: Our unit has security video cameras at the front and rear entrances. Rest assured, the audio is deactivated and these cameras cannot see inside the unit.

Kitchen had everything we needed and everything was good quality. The condo was super clean. We traveled with a dog and they provided everything we needed for him.....crate, bed, bowls, poop bags.... everything you can think of. Tricia was so hospitable and promptly answered any questions we had prior to arrival. We hope to be able to stay at this location in the future.

Awesome Beach Vacation

This is a very nice and updated luxury unit at Bonita Beach Condos. The bedrooms were spacious and had comfortable beds. All the bathrooms were updated with great showers. The main living/kitchen area is large with amazing views of the ocean. We also appreciated the comfortable furniture and new appliances. The deck is wonderful and includes tall Adirondack chairs. Beach chairs and boogie boards were available if needed in the deck closet. Tricia was a fantastic host and communicated regularly to help with any questions or concerns. She also went out of her way to send us an item we left behind. Thanks Tricia for providing a great condo! We loved staying there!

The Laguna Beach area is located in west Panama City Beach (PCB). It's far enough away from the hustle and bustle of the high-rise condos to provide an uncrowded beach experience, but it's close enough to the world-famous shops and restaurants of Pier Park.
