Blue Tide se encuentra en el lado sur de la pintoresca autopista 30A entre Alys Beach y Watersound Beach ... no se puede superar la ubicación. Disfrute descansando en la tranquila playa, practique kayak en uno de los lagos de dunas de renombre mundial, o tome un corto paseo en bicicleta a Rosemary Beach y "The Hub" en Prominence para experimentar restaurantes de primer nivel, locales de música en vivo y festivales locales. Un corto viaje lo llevará a Seaside, Santa Rosa Beach, Panama City Beach y Destin. ¡Las opciones son infinitas! ¡No tenemos dudas de que querrás hacer de este un viaje familiar anual!

Nuestra casa de varios niveles de 1656 pies cuadrados ofrece 3 dormitorios y 3 baños completos. Encontrarás la sala de estar, el comedor, la cocina, la lavandería y un baño completo en la planta principal. Un piso arriba alberga 2 dormitorios y 2 baños completos. La historia principal alberga un pintoresco loft para dormir.

This is a lovely townhouse that is right on the ocean. You can see and hear the waves right from the two balconies! The property was very clean and fresh. All of the furnishings were very comfortable, which was great on the rainy days. Communication was easy and the manager was super responsive and helpful. The location was good and is right on the bike path. We were able to bike to Alys and Rosemary with the provided bikes. I would absolutely stay here again.

Blue Tide 5B was everything we’d hoped for and needed. It was very clean and the location was great. Beautiful ocean views, sunsets, sunrise reflections, and bike rides made our vacation even more enjoyable. The dolphins put on a grand show almost every day. We had a great vacation! Better than the pictures!

We were more than pleased with the property. It was beautiful and had everything we needed. You cannot beat the location and access to the beach. Also, Tricia is very kind and attentive.

Perfect Location

The private beach area really is private. Everything is provided, the place is beautiful and clean. Lots of stairs, so if you have littles or elderly with you, keep that in mind. Would definitely go back again!

1st time at the 30A area. The Townhouse was beautiful and right on the water! It had everything you needed and Tricia is wonderful to work with. My only negative would be that wished it had been within walking of Restaurants

Stunning views, beautifully decorated, and so much more!

Highly recommend this place. We've rented other units at Blue Tide over the years but this one far exceeds the others. This place is beautifully decorated but still felt very comfortable. Tricia was wonderful to work with and she provides everything you could possibly need. She is so intentional about everything provided and you truly feel like a welcomed guest in someone's home. We'll for sure be back!

First time to 30A was a success

First - Tricia is a great and communicative host. There are quite a few specific rules to follow but that’s to be expected with a nicer property to help with keeping things nice! The floors were a little dirty (maybe to be expected at a beach house?) but otherwise everything was absolutely pristine. The property had fantastic amenities - the best I’ve seen on VRBO. The included beach chairs/umbrella through Other Mamas was incredibly helpful with traveling with our kids. Access to the beach was great. Lots of included beach toys. Short ride to Rosemary Beach square and restaurants. We had a great time! Definitely recommend this place.

Ideal beach stay

We enjoyed our stay. The rental meets ever need. Plenty of room for 6 adults. The location is exceptional. Tricia is so attentive to any need or concern. I highly recommend this rental. It also has of beach toys, bikes and beach service included. It’s the best!

Great place!

Honestly we would have given it 5 stars based on the property and location being right on the beach. Unfortunately the internet was super slow and all the TVs are streaming and they kept freezing during March Madness. I could say we were on vacation and should not care but unfortunately work and kids need good internet connection, and who doesn’t have a few brackets in the tourney that makes you want to watch every game. Still would recommend it and Tricia is very responsive.

Vacation

We had the BEST week here! Tricia has thought of every little detail. The home is absolutely beautiful and comfortable, plus has everything you could possibly need or want. It is just steps away from the most beautiful beach. We got so lucky and had the best of both worlds. Sunny skies and crystal clear, flat water the first few days. The kids loved paddle boarding and even saw a giant sea turtle right by them! Even though the rest of the week was overcast we still had so much fun. The kids loved boogie boarding in the waves. We barely left the house all week and had the most relaxing, fun time. Our favorite property we have ever stayed at and our new favorite beach. We will definitely come back!

Tedder Family Vacation 2023

Feels like home

The property has the best views! The stairs were tough but I knew that going in. This would have been the best vacation ever but 4 out of six of us got really sick with a virus and spent 75% of the time in bed! Tricia was available and responsive in minutes ♥️

Incredible week!

We had an absolutely wonderful week in 5B! The condo was beautiful, spacious, and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfy, there were lots of towels, and the kitchen was super well appointed. The beach closet had basically everything we needed (and we added to it with the few things we picked up). The beach service set up was perfect and Frankie from Other Mamas was so great. Big thanks to Tricia for having the contract with them! We will 100% be back!!!

Great beachfront location, wonderful host

Our group had a wonderful week here. There’s no substitute for being steps from the Gulf. This place is very convenient for families with small children. It’s always nice to not have to load wagons and vehicles and lug beach gear from far away. This location allows you to come and go from the beach and take breaks with ease. Also, the beach at this location is not crowded at all. Plenty of room to relax and not have to worry about your belongings. Everything at the condo was as described. Clean, comfortable and well appointed. Most of all- the host, Tricia, was a pleasure to work with. She is very communicative and checked in ahead of and during the trip to make sure all our bases were covered. Could not be more satisfied!

40th birthday girls trip!

I got the pleasure to stay in this condo with my 6 closest girlfriends for a week to celebrate our 40th birthdays. It was such a fantastic experience! First of all, I appreciated that the property manager was very upfront with me that this may not be the best place for seven 40yo women when I requested it. It has a fantastic master suite, another bed room with a king and futon and a loft (another king) more made for kids. I think for finicky travelers this would be problematic, but we had a low maintenance group so this was no problem for us. But I appreciated the transparency and awareness on this to make sure it was the best trip possible! (The 3 full bathrooms definitely helped). Although it worked great for us, this rental would be best for a larger family or 4 adults and 2 small kids. The beds were very comfortable!! And this is in a great part of 30A - very private and quiet, but close access to everything major. Frankie and the beach service was top notch. We brought some of our own equipment in addition to the provided setup and it was no problem! I cannot emphasize enough how great the beach and overall location is in relation to other places on 30A. You would be hard pressed to find something better for this value! We had some very minor issues during our stay and everything was dealt with quickly. I think the only thing I heard complaints about was needing more hand towels (a bunch of 40 yo women!) Thanks for making this trip so memorable for us!

Perfect kickoff to Summer

We’ve been staying on 30a for 15 years and this was our favorite place yet. The views and proximity to the beach made for the perfect kickoff to Summer. The place was well stocked with all of the basics and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook in several nights. We all agreed that the beds were comfortable and the decor was aesthetically pleasing. This location is close to a grocery store and several restaurant options. The chair service made beach days so easy. I can’t wait to get back and hopefully enjoy this condo again.

We "accidentally" came upon this property through a string of "coincidental" events. When we walked in, there was no doubt in our mind that this stunning townhouse would be ours. It was recently remodeled with luxury and comfort in mind. We have no doubt you'll love this place. We sure do!

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Blue Tide is a small 18-unit complex located on the south side of Highway 30A, directly on the beach. Enjoy unobstructed, sweeping views from both balconies. The private complex pool and the beach are just a few steps away from the unit. There is a dedicated parking space located just in front of the door for easy access! There are also a few guest parking spaces available. The beach is quiet, the waves lap at the shore and the water is crystal clear!
