Great location for what we needed. It was 5 miles from Sugartit speedway. The house had everything we needed for our stay. We were there for my son's race and traveled with a trailer. There is plenty of parking for the trailer and our two vehicles.

Parking was great and instructions to the rental were very helpful. There was panty of space for everyone without being crowded. It was a great location within 15 min of the airport which was handy since we had to run there several time to pick up family members also within 5 minutes to places to eat and to pick up groceries.

Aspectos positivos: Llegada, comunicación y ubicación
The number of bedrooms and bathroom were great for our group. The house is definitely lived in as the walls and bathrooms had evident marks, stains, and dents. The back yard was not very appealing. Lots of construction materials, containers and the swing set in the yard was not safe or usable. The driveway is also difficult to find in the dark and narrow. There's also various signs about no smoking in house however the house definitely smelled like smoke and there were butts outside near the sidewalk. The host however had great communication and checked in frequently so that was assuring. The house had clean sheets and towels.

Exactly as described

I get aggravated with places that look better online than they do when you get there. This location was exactly as described, had great communication, and was very clean

Brother's Birthday Weekend

The stay was very pleasant. House was very clean and just like advertised. My only advise would be to put a better sign marking the location of the driveway. At night it's a bit difficult to see. Other than that, i'll rate the stay A+

Spacious house!

The owner was wonderful at communicating! Also, I asked if there was an air fryer and crockpot at the house. The owner ended up ordering new ones for us and they were there waiting! It was absolutely amazing! The rooms were huge and plenty of space for us all. The only issue was the towels were small and didn't smell very good. There also weren't very many towels. Overall it was a great experience!

False Advertising - Stay Somewhere Else

Mold and mildew in bathrooms, view of a construction yard, extremely dusty, and to top it off a mouse ate into our loaf of bread. Other than comfortable beds, this place doesn’t have much else to offer. Needs some serious updating/improvements, a VERY deep cleaning and the rental description mentioning “nature” needs to be corrected as the only nature we experienced was the uninvited mouse.

We had a great stay at this home. Lots of rooms and beds for big groups. Close to parks and restaurants. My only advice for the home owners would be to make sure the porch is cleaned up a little better but that did not affect our stay at all. I would book this home again!
