The third level offers a family suite with king bedroom and four bed bunkroom, which share a bathroom, as well as a second oceanfront primary suite with king bed and bathroom. The ground level offers a four car garage, storage for golf clubs/beach items, a Traeger smoker, two outdoor showers, a Hoshizaki ice machine, and a full size refrigerator.
