This home includes a ping pong table, pool table, pool towels, beach chairs, beach wagons, cooler, beach toys, children and family board games, puzzles, poker set, and croquet set.

The kitchen is well equipped with ample cookware, serving ware and spices. A gas Weber grill sits on the pool deck with all the utensils to provide a wonderful evening of cooking outdoors.
