MAIN LIVING SPACE: The second floor is the perfect gathering place for your family and friends. Enjoy family meals prepared in the spacious kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a double oven, granite countertops, and a farmhouse sink in the island. The dining table will seat at least 10 of your family and friends. Sink into the leather chairs or the large sectional after a day on the beach.

Enjoy great outdoor living space, too. The second floor boasts an amazing covered porch for your group. A large, outdoor kitchen with a mini fridge, sink, and large grill make cooking out another fun activity for all. Sit around the outside table and sip a cool drink while overlooking Lake Colby. In addition to the second-floor porch, a nicely landscaped back porch on the ground level is just steps across a grassy back yard to the lake. It offers a hammock, a cozy outdoor seating group, and water views framed by the columns. Two Adirondack chairs in the yard put you even closer to the water’s edge.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: The first floor features three spacious bedrooms: a bright, sunny queen bedroom with flat-screen TV; a super-fun bunkroom with two, built-in bunk beds; and a primary suite you won’t want to leave! The queen room and the bunk room share a Jack-and-Jill bath. The primary suite features a luxurious king bed, access to the private back porch overlooking Lake Colby, and an amazing en-suite bathroom with jetted tub, extra-large, walk-in shower with handsome tile work, and double, granite vanity sinks.

On the second floor, a king bedroom and bathroom help accommodate all guests. The bedroom connects to a bathroom, which also opens to the main living space.

IF A PET IS SEEN ENTERING A NON-PET FRIENDLY HOME, GUEST WILL BE CHARGED A PENALTY AND/OR EVICTED.

The Sunflower is a non-pet friendly property, and there are no exceptions. If a pet is seen entering The Sunflower the homeowner and/or Cinnamon Shore Vacation Rentals has the right to immediately evict the renter with no refunds, regardless of time of day or night.

There will be an automatic non-refundable penalty fee of $1000 added to the reservation if a pet is seen entering the property. If the pet does not leave the property immediately, at the date of the violation, there will be an additional $300 daily charge applied to the renter until eviction. It is up to the contract signee to disperse the pet policy to all persons staying in the home. If a renter's "guests" violate this policy it is assumed they are aware of the policy and the fee will be assessed. The Renter may also be liable for any additional charges related to cleaning fees and/or damage in the home.
