Located in the Cinnamon Shore North development, this home is perfect for discerning renters for use as a corporate retreat or for families to vacation in style. As the first LEED Registered Beach House on the Gulf Coast, the home was custom-designed with sustainable materials, finishes and fixtures for a healthy yet relaxing stay for fourteen guests.

AMENITIES: Resort-style amenities include three lavish pools, two scenic lakes, a fishing dock, fire pits, fitness center, private dune crossovers, lawn games, a pirate ship playscape, and more! Enjoy on-site restaurants such as a Mediterranean bistro and a pizzeria, while the Town Center hosts events, activities, and live music in peak season and on holiday weekends.

The home offers Gulf peeks, ample entertainment, dining and sleeping areas. Use the two-floor elevator for ease of grocery delivery and accessibility. The exterior includes a backyard horseshoe pit, bocce ball, fire pit and covered parking for two or three vehicles. WIFI and remote control Sonos sound system is available throughout the home.

The Ground Level features a covered front porch. This level includes the Media Room with a 10 foot wide projection HDTV and kitchenette/bar with refrigerator microwave and dishwasher. The daybed in the Media room has a twin trundle as well. Apres Sea is dog friendly and includes a feeding station in the Media Room. Bedrooms on this level include one king suite with interior bathroom and walk-in shower and one king bedroom with connecting bathroom with tub/shower. 4 XL Twin bunks are located on this level along the hallway with a convenient laundry area at the back of the home with back yard access.

The Main Level includes a gourmet kitchen featuring granite counters and a huge center island, 2 dishwashers, a large induction cook top, oven, convection oven/microwave, warming drawer, ice maker and two full refrigerators. The Dining Room seats 10 at the table and 4 at the kitchen island. There is a powder room off the kitchen. The Dining Room opens onto a wrap-around deck with outdoor dining areas overlooking Kiera pool and Lake Gavin. Side deck and rear deck have outside dining areas. The front porch has rockers with peeks of the Gulf of Mexico. The Great Room has generous seating and features HDTV and access to the deck overlooking the Folly Walk South beach access to the Gulf. The main king bedroom suite features an oversized walk-in shower and the bedroom opens onto the east deck with porch swing, outdoor seating and Gulf peek.

The Third Level includes the fourth king Bedroom with connecting bathroom with walk-in shower and adjacent office nook. This level also includes a Reading Room with cozy seating. The main entertainment area on this level features a Sports Bar with HDTV and a regulation pool table that converts to a dining table. The wet bar includes an ice maker, under counter wine cooler and “refresherator”. The third floor has an outdoor entertainment deck with a hot tub facing the gulf with great views of the neighborhood

All bedrooms feature flat screen HDTV’s and USB charging outlets at the nightstands. Beach Towels, board games, horseshoe set and cornhole game are available for guest use.
Apres Sea is located immediately across from the Cinnamon Shore North beach access at Folly Walk South and adjacent to the Kiera Pool and C-Bar Café. The area is served locally by the Mustang Beach Airport.

DOG FRIENDLY PROPERTY - Dogs 25lbs or less allowed with a $200 Non-Refundable Cleaning Fee and additional $500 Refundable Security Deposit, additional fees may be incurred if there is significant wear or damage to the property.
When bringing a dog, please ensure it does not bother other guests with excessive noise, barking, etc. Guests are responsible to keep dog on a leash and pick up after their dogs and dispose of waste properly. No other pet types from dog are allowed on the premises.
